A day later, Sunday, the first day of a new week,
Mae wished the weekend wasn't over just yet, Anxiety and huge weight she felt wasn't budging at all, Mae can feel stiff tension in the atmosphere when she's with Kyle as the two were in his penthouse,
He hasn't spoken any word at all to her since he returned from his urgent errand and Mae knew something was wrong... But what? She's confused and worried.
It's calm before the storm.
Mae can feel that he wanted to explode with anger any minute and she wanted to know why what did she do now?
After the time she spent with James, Mae didn't want to leave him, not yet but time wasn't on her side so unfortunately, she returned to the lion's den not knowing what's in store for later on.
She's delirious with nervousness.
The day kept ticking by slowly and Mae folds up her clothes inside their room trying to occupy her time so she wouldn't have to talk to Kyle as he works inside his office,
Continued to avoid her...
Confusion, nervousness, and sadness Mae felt continuously for some unknown reason and she wanted to find out and there's only one person who's causing her to feel this way and that is,

He's known to speak is mind including actions but why isn't he doing anything!
"I'll be back!"
Mae flinched when Kyle's harsh voice announced from across the loft and she dropped her folded shirt hearing the door slam close in the distance.
This is the first time in a whole day he finally spoke to her even if its only three words,
Mae exits the bedroom finally going to find the answers to why he's acting so peculiar. For the first time during their whole relationship, Mae enters Kyle's office that brought her a gloomy shadow.
She didn't like it,
Mae walked forward scanning the medium size area with inquisitiveness finally getting answers. She sits in his comfy chair spotting the monitor is opened freely to explore.
Eyebrows furrow as Mae noticed a few files that caught her attention so she clicked on a particular file icon stating a live tracking beacon as more confusion erupts within her,
Clicking more information, the live beacon showed on the map indicating it's at Kyle's apartment building then Mae wonders in confusion,
"Who's he tracking?" She asked herself leaning forward unexpectedly there were details involving the beacon
Where, when, and time
Mae noticed the timezones, addresses, and recent places to where the beacon has been that made Mae's heart stop in total shock and panic,
"H-He's been tracking me this entire time!?" She exclaimed wondering how! Suddenly it occurred when Mae touched her collarbone where the necklace hangs above,
Ripping the necklace off, Mae threw it into a glass of half-empty water beside her as it caused malfunctioning then it appeared on the screen stating it's no longer available.
Tears prickled her eyes knowing her privacy was forever exploited during their relationship
"I can't believe this" Clutching her head however it wasn't over yet when Mae saw the Beacon timeline exhibiting the time when she met up with James,
"Oh my God... He knows, he knows" Mae panicked exiting his office with a pace needing to call James.
But suddenly the front door opened causing Mae to halt in surprise then Kyle appeared holding a black shopping bag as his eyes found her,
The dark hatred gleam filled his eyes "What are you doing?" He asked flatly
Mae acts calmly "Um... I'm gonna go finish unpacking"
Kyle eyed her suspiciously placing his keys on the front side table "The room is the other way" he nods the way with his head and Mae gulped needing to find a way out of the lion's den definitely.
"Right" Then she quickly left for the bedroom again as Kyle heads for his office glancing in her direction.
When he enters, He immediately sniffed the air ingesting a faint smell of sweet perfume that matches Mae's like a bolt.
He clenched his fists putting down the bag on the desk only to find Mae's necklace in a glass of water as Kyle quickly maneuvers around his desk pushing his chair out of the wayfinding the error beeping on the monitor.
He's angry
She's been in a room where Mae is not meant to be,
The evening has reached and Kyle's fists hit his desk before storming from the office needing to find Mae and deal with her once and for all,
Kyle knew she was never gonna submit to him, never gonna be devoted, and most importantly, he's starting to feel fed up with Mae and her whorish ways along with James.
He watched all along when they both kissed each other in the park, the way Mae looked at James,
She never looked that way with him, no matter how many times he spoiled her, Mae doesn't care and Kyle needs to show her that he will not be messed with.
"Mae!" Kyle snarled storming towards his room
On the other hand, Mae trembles in fear knowing she's finally gonna hear to what he has to say, putting on her jacket,
Just when she was gonna open the door, it swung open causing it to impact her body making Mae fall on her butt,
Mae squealed in hurt looking up at a fuming Kyle as he glares down "Why were you in my office!? Did I say you can go through my shit!" His voice snarled
Her figure flinched crawling backward as Kyle stalked
"Y-You were the one tracking me all this time! How could you!" Mae replied in terror then Kyle chuckled in mockery stepping on her inner thigh as Mae exclaims as he keeps her in place.
"When I ask you something, I expect you to answer!" Placing more pressure
Mae whimpers in pain "Please stop" begging
Kyle removed his foot snatching her bicep "Get up!" Gritting
Mae panicked as he forces them out of the room, Her heart races needing to think quick so she stomped on his foot leading Kyle to let go,
He hisses and Mae yanked her arm back then started to run towards the front door while grabbing his keys off the table,
Kyle glares watching Mae scatter like a little mouse from the apartment as he pulls out his cellphone dialing a number, Kyle returns to his office in a calm matter.
Mae instantly enters his Bentley afraid he's gonna find and hurl her back into his world of hell, Starting the ignition and hitting the pedal,
The engine roars as Mae accelerates the gas at 60mph down the road at night, The certain streets were empty and Mae kept glancing back in alarm needing to get far away,
Suddenly cruising past a street, a luxury slick black truck was speeding as well...
The two vehicles were on the urge to collide and Mae finally saw the large truck incoming making her eyes widen,
Before she could hit the breaks,
The truck harshly collided to the side of the small Bentley inflicting a loud collision--
