After school I decided that I was fed up with my family. For once I went out to my favorite little café on North Street near the beach called 'Blue Jays'. Once I stepped off the bus I started walking down the road, thank goodness that it wasn't very far.

As I stepped inside, and the warmth from the heater greeted me. I sucked in a deep breath before getting in line.

Once it was my turn I stepped up and behind the counter saw a familiar head of hair bent over a coffee maker. When the boy turned around my eyes widened.

It was the boy with blue eyes.

I couldn't believe it. Of course it was just a my luck to come here while he was working.

He finally stopped looking at the sheet of paper he had previously been writing on and seemed to recognize me.

"Hey! Your Tyler's sister, Mari right?" He asked a smile lighting up his face. I know that he didn't mean it, but when he thought I was Mari because of stupid Tyler my shoulders hunched over.

"... Actually, my name is Taylor" I muttered, and his eyes widened at that.

"Oh I-i'm so sorry, just Tyler called you that and I-" he stutters his face becoming red.

"Don't worry about it, happens all the time, it's like I'm invisible to them or something." I say casually and his eyes get even wider.

"Let's just forget about it and I'll order." He nods and I order a caramel macchiato to go with a blueberry muffin, find a table and wait.

A few minutes later the boy walks over to my table and sets everything down for me and smiles, "Have a nice day." before heading back to the counter.

After I took a few sips of my coffee, (which was amazing) my stomach growled and I picked up my muffin. But before I could take a bite something on the napkin below the muffin caught my eye.

It's was a note followed by a phone number.

My heart stops as I begin to read and I almost drop my muffin. 'You're not invisible to me -Justin call me 1-774-093-1544'

Once I got home and was laying on my bed I stared at my phone. Should I do it? Or should I not? I was so confused when I finally realized that I should just man up and do something for once.

So I type 'Hey! :) it's Taylor' and hit send before I can chicken out.

After about five minutes he responded 'Oh, hey! (: So you got my note I see.'

My wit took over me there 'Was pretty hard to miss'

This time he responded in a matter of a few seconds.

His response shocked me. 'So, next Friday night do you wanna meet up at the beach? Say around 8 or 9??'

Suddenly as if I was in a trance I wrote back 'yeah, that sounds like fun'
