Unnoticed

The Truth

My eyes open groggily and I wipe the sleep from my eyes as I reach over and grab my phone. I have a text from an unknown number how weird. I unlock my phone and check what it says.

'If you want to know the truth, meet me at the park 8:30 sharp.'

Who the hell could that be? I know i shouldn't go but I felt compelled to know. Suddenly a new message popped up from the same number.

'I have a plan'

I arrive at the park around 8:28. The message was very vague so I didn't exactly know where to go. I surveyed the area around me and saw all of the 'cool' boys still skating at the skate park. On the playground the last of the families were leaving and as I turn around, by the fountain area I see a girl.

For some reason I feel as if I should walk over there, so of course I do.

When I am about five feet away from the girl, i recognize her immediately as Justin's 'girlfriend'. My hands clench into fists and i stop dead in my tracks. "Hey, Taylor right? I'm Ashley." She says to me with her honey like voice. All I do is nod stiffly.

"Hey, no need to act like a statue, i'm not here to gloat about Justin, i'm here to ask you to help me." Finally I can form words.

"Help you with what exactly?" Venom shooting from my voice. A smirk forms on her face as she speaks her next words.

"Bring that cheating idiot Justin down and show him what it feels like."

My heart just about exploded in that moment. So he cheated on her to. With information I actually began to like this girl, and found myself smiling to.

"When do we start?"
