Accidental Avenger

Car ride

Sorry about the late update, time isn't a thing anymore so I'm not very organized atm.

~Y/n's POV~

Darkness. That's all I saw, all i heard, until noise started to slowly filter in.
"-it's my turn!" "I'm driving Sam! I get to control what we listen to!!"
My head hurt. "Can you guys shut up... Jesus!" I mumble. The car goes silent as I assume the 'kidnappers' look at me.
"She's awake." One of them whispers. "Ya no shit, Sherlock!" Bark! Wh- Moony? I slowly open my eyes to see that I was laying in the back, with my dog. The one with the metal arm was driving, while the other was in the passenger seat. After a long pause, the one driving; 'I'll call him... Seb, he looks like a Seb.' Turned his head slightly so he could see me.
"Alright, since we can't agree on what to listen to, you choose!" He immediately gets hit in the head my his companion. "Are you kidding me!? She's a criminal! Criminals listen to shitty music y-" I interrupt his rant. "Excuse me! Um ya, listen bud, the only crime I've committed is stealing my friend's VR headset so I could play Beat Saber! And I listen to good music thank you very much!" The two men exchange a look. Seb opens his mouth to talk, but I interrupt again. "Do you have the Greatest Showman soundtrack?" I ask, sitting up in the middle seat of the car.
"YES!! GET fUCKED SAM!!" Seb yells. 'Seb and Sam, hm' I think. Sam groans in annoyance.

~time skip~

"THIS IS THE GREATEST SHOW!!!" Me and Bucky (which is Seb's actual name.) scream at the top of our lungs. "C'MON SAM!! SING YOU GRUMPY BASTARD!!" Bucky shouts. I laugh at these idiots that I've gotten to know over the past couple of hours. Sam shakes his head and smiles. 'The other side' starts playing and I nudge Sam. "Come on Hugh Jackman!" I say, Sam rolls his eyes but starts singing PT Barnum's lines. "Yes!" Bucky shouts, but then starts singing Phillip's lines. Moony howls out the window and I burst out laughing.

~Meanwhile, at the Avengers HQ, third POV~

"Tony, did you really put a camera in Bucky and Sam's car so you could watch them?" Steve asks, raising an eyebrow at his friend. Tony laughs, typing something into a computer. A live feed pops up of Sam, Bucky and their "hostage" singing horribly at the top of their lungs. Steve and Tony stare at the screen, dumbfounded.
"What the fuck?" Tony says under his breath. "Language." Steve says, still in a shocked trance. The song ends and everyone in the car slumps back while Bucky lets out an airy laugh. Sam turns to look at him and with the most serious face says: "You are the gayest villain turned hero ever." Steve lets out a loud snort and Tony looks at him with an amused smirk.

~At the airport, Bucky POV~

"Ok crackheads, we're here!" I say, parking on the tarmac of Stark's private stretch of the airport. "Where are we going?" Y/n asks, eyeing the jet with awe. "Avengers Headquarters in Washington." I say and she gasps. Sam sends me a sharp look. "THE AVENGERS!?! THATS SO FUCKING COOL OH MY GOD!!! WAIT- am? am I GOING TO MEET THE AVENGERS!?!" She jumps up and down in excitement as Moony barks. 'She's still a spy Buck, you still have to be careful' but a part of him doesn't think this chaotic, Dark humored girl could be a Russian spy. He can tell that Sam has the same doubt. She legitimately doesn't seem to understand any Russian, but then again, she is a spy. We enter the jet and I shoot a text at Steve telling him we're on our way. "Oh wow! This is so cool!" Y/n flops down on as seat, and Moony jumps on top of me when I sit. "I feel betrayed." She says, faking heartbreak.
I laugh as I pet Moony. The plane starts moving and I see Y/n visibly tense. Moony, sensing her discomfort hops off of me and goes over to her. As soon as the plane starts making it's climb her knuckles go white and I'm pretty sure she's going to break the arm rest. "Not a fan of planes?" Sam asks in a semi-mocking tone. If looks could kill, Sam wouldn't even have a body left. "Shut up." Well I guess their conversation is done.
