Always There - 7

Recapish- Basically Chloe is waiting for Kio to come pick her up and he's  running a bit late.

Chloe's POV

It was almost 7 why was Kio not here he still had to meet my mom. Just then his car pulled up to our drive way and he got out. Wow he looked wow I had no words. From his rings to his outfit to his hair it was wow. My mom better like this boy cause he's mine and only mine.

"It's rude to stare Clo", I looked down blushing but he grabbed my face and leaned in to kiss but with my hand I pushed his face and he pouted.

"Hey what was that for", he said rubbing his nose.

"Sorry it's just I don't want my mom seeing you kissing me that's just weird."

"Okay okay will never happen again promise."

"Thank you cutie", I pinched his cheeks.

"okay now let's quickly introduce you to my mom so we can leave okay."

"Okay phew I'm ready do I look good."

"Yes you look fine just don't say anything stupid to her otherwise she'll eat you."

"Umm", he had a bit of fear in his eyes.

"I'm kidding Kio c'mon lets go inside we gotta hurry so we can get to school too."

"MOOOOOOMMMMM", I yelled "Kio's here to meet you." She came rushing from her room she was changed into a floral top and some plain black jeans.

"So this is the Kio Chloe had been talking about", She walked up to Kio and shook his hand.

"Yep I'm Kio", I could hear he was nervous.

"Well come sit for a bit then you guys have to head of to school." Kio and I went and sat on the kitchen bar stools. My mom left to get something out of the pantry leaving me and Kio alone.

"Kio whats wrong."

"Hmm oh nothing."

"Why do you look like that huh?"

"Like what what do you mean."

"You look nervous", I said tilting my head.

"It's nothing Clo I just really want your mom to like me."

"Don't worry I can already tell she's fine with me hanging out with you", I smiled at him and he smiled back.

"Umm Miss Miller I think me and Chloe should head out now." My mom walked out of the pantry with snacks.

"Okay then, here take some snacks for lunch, Chloe I saw your book on the couch over there from last night I think you need it hmm."

"Oh yeah silly me I'll go get it be right back", I left to go get my book.

Kio's POV

 Chloe left me standing with her mom I don't know why but I was really nervous it's just Chloe's a nice girl and I really want her to be mine but her mom had to let her go out with me first. IDK I'm just freaking out for no reason.

"So Kio hmm" Miss Miller broke the silence.

"Yes."

"Have you dated any girls this year."

"No I have not I'm actually pretty new here."

"Why do you want to date Chloe."

"I just really love her smile and everything about her she's an amazing person."

"Okay then Mr.Kio you can go out with her but, if you break her heart I will break you."

"I umm- nothing like that will happen I assure you."

Chloe's POV

"I got my books lets go Kio." I walked into the kitchen kio was standing there with this confused pale expression.

"Woah what's wrong with you you look like you saw a ghost. MOOOM what did you say."

"Nothing honey but you can go out with this young man now, go on get to school don't get late."

It was 7:20 so we had plenty of time to get to school but I wanted to leave my house now.

"Kio, C'mon", I grabbed Kio's hand and went out the door yelled "Bye mom" and shut the door.

"What was that about Kio did she say something stupid to you hmm", I said as we got in the car.

"Oh nope just...nothing, but hey lets go before we get late hmm."

"Yes, wheres your AUX cord."

"Here put on something good please."

"Okay Okay."

***Time Skip to first period

Chloe's POV 

It was time to get to first period I was kinda scared not gonna lie because I had it with Josh but hey it's fine I can stand up to him right. Right?

"Whats wrong", Kio asked as he grabbed my waist with one hand.

"Oh umm nothing."

"I know something wrong now spit it out."

"Its just we have first period with Josh you know and I just don't want anything to happen."

"I won't let anything happen."He kissed my cheek before we walked in and I got a glance at Josh walking into class.

First period was pretty quiet we were working on independent work on our computers but Kio and I exchanged a few glances and smiles and he made me feel better. I tried ignoring Josh all day but I had fourth period with Josh and no friends FUCK.I walked in and found a spot it was free seating everyday so I just found one in the back and put on headphones. It was art class so we had group tables so far no one came to my table.It was a table of 4 and it was close to the bell only one other random dude was there. The bell rang and in came.....
