Dakota's POV~

After dropping Kaeliee off I headed home myself. Now I know what you thinking. How'd it go? It's was fine we just chilled. I didn't try anything cause ion need her thinking I'm a fuck boy even though I kinda am. She don't know that though.

I honestly don't think I've ever vibed with a girl like I have been with Kaeliee. She's different. She's...I don't know how to explain it really. And I'm too tired to even try.

As soon as I walk in the door of my house my phone rings. It's Alex. I roll my eyes and laugh a bit. I already know why he's calling. I answer the call. "Hello"

"So did you fuck her? Was it good? How long did she last for?" Alex spoke bombarding me with questions.

"No we didn't fuck" I chuckled.

"What do you mean you didn't fuck. No one ever says no to you" he says sounding genuinely confused.

"Dude I told you I was just gonna hang out with her. No sex. Remember?" I said shaking my head at my idiot bestfriend. He was silent for a moment.

"Did you at least kiss her?" He finally asked. I laughed.

"No Alex" I said.

"Damn she changing you already and you haven't even touched her" he said more like he was talking to himself.

"No the fuck she not. I can't just hangout with a girl. You really think that low of me. I'm hurt Alexander I really am." I said pretending to be hurt by his words.

"Stop being a bitch. But no seriously what is it about her." He asked.

"I don't know yet" I answer. He hummed. "I'll talk to you later yea" I said.

"Yea ok bye dude" and he hung up.

I sighed. I need a nap.

Time skip...

It's been a few weeks since Kaeliee moves here. We've been hanging out a lot but mostly with other people around. Last weekend me, her, Alex, Connor, Channel, and Mya all hung out downtown. There was some kind of festival the girls wanted to go to and they invited me and the guys to come along. I stayed close to Kaeliee the whole time and the guys have yet to leave me alone about it. They think I'm obsessed with her, which I'm not. I mean I like her and I talk about her a lot but I'm not obsessed. I could never be obsessed over a girl.

"Whatcha thinkin about over there" Alex asked smirking at me.

"He's probably thinking about Kaeliee again. I'm telling you man that girls got him wrapped around her finger already and they're not even dating" Connor says laughing a bit.

"She does not" I exclaimed.

"Oh please. Dude if she called you right now and said come over you'd dropped everything and go. Say you won't" Alex challenged.

"I wouldn't" I said shrugging my shoulders leaning back in my chair. Right on que my phone rings. It's Kaeliee. I just stare at it.

"That's her isn't it" Connor said smiling. I look at him trying not to smile. "It is. Isn't it. Answer!" He said smirking.

I pick up. "Hello"

"Hey you busy" she asked. I look up at Alex and Connor the look back down.

"No. Why." I answered. They look at each other and smiled.

"I just wanted to see if you wanted to go get ice cream with me." She said softly. How can I say no to her.

"Yea sure. When?" I asked.

"Now if that's ok with you" she said with a slight giggle.

"Yea that's fine. I'll come get you." I said.

"Ok bye" she said sweetly and hung up.

I look back up to see the guys staring at me. "What" I asked.

"Nothing" they both said laughing.
Connor shakes his head. "You just proved our point that's all." He adds

"What point" I said getting up and grabbing my keys.

"That you totally obsessed with her" Alex said. I flipped them off and walk out the door.

I'm not obsessed with her... right?
