I was on my bed, thoughts rushing through my mind as I was supposed to be sent home after one, last sleep with the twins. I gripped the sheets tighter, shutting my eyes. I'm not ready to go home yet.

I opened my eyes to find Tsukasa...

[Flashback...]

"You ran away from your family?" Tsukasa asked, sitting beside me. I looked up at Mrs. Yugi who had a worried look in her face. "Not quite. I ran away from my babysitter." Amane seemed to be confused. "Where're your parents back then?"

"Overseas, again." Tsukasa hugged me. "I don't want you to leave!" My eyes widened as I felt Amane hugged me as well. "Please don't leave us!" I stroked their heads. "I wish." Tears fell down our cheeks as Mrs. Yugi softly smiled at me.

I've been here for a short while but I learned to love the Yugi family. I didn't want to let them go so early.

[End of Short flashback...]

Tsukasa softly smiled at me as he sits at my bedside. "Can't sleep, huh?" He whispered, making me slowly shake my head. He lowly giggled. "Don't worry, [Y/n]. I promise that I won't forget you, [Y/n]."

A tint of blush rushed through my cheeks, Tsukasa kissed my head. "Now, I want you to have sweet dreams." He said, standing up as I stopped him, tugging his top. "Don't leave me, yet. I want to cuddle with you."

He looked back at me, making him blush. He slowly nodded, laying beside me. We faced each other as I hugged him tightly, not wanting to let go.

The next morning, I woke up to find an empty bed with only me on it. I searched for Tsukasa but couldn't find him. I stood up, walking to the twins' room. Now, both of them are gone. I was confused but heard talking downstairs.

I came to check, spying on them as I kept my head low, not wanting to be seen. My parents were there. Did Mrs. Yugi contact them? I began to look at them carefully, I was scared that they might leave me again.

"She's asleep in her room." Mrs. Yugi said as I took a breather, wanting to show myself again. I took my first step, still very worried. I continued to walk down the stairs, everyone spotting me.

"[Y-Y/n]?" My mother had her mascara flow down to her powdered cheeks as I continued to walk down the stairs. I had my arms wide open for them to hug me, then responding with a hug. I didn't realize it but I also began to cry, feeling the sting run down my cheeks once more.

I hugged them tightly. "You have grown so big, now." My mother stepped away, grabbing a tissue as she began dabbing her face with it. My dad also stepped back. "We missed you, [A/n/n]." [Another Nickname that your father gave you when you were little.]

I wiped my tears, using my sleeves. I looked up to them... "I missed you too..."

1st Person

I should've warned in advance that there would be flashbacks and for those who don't really like them... I am very sorry, please forgive me. But... not only that. I'm also sorry for the short chapters. I really am...

I have no idea what I doing... honestly. I just got used to the "no fillers" thing that my chapters began to shorten. So... I'm guessing that my minimum words in a chapter would be 500+. If I could surpass that, I think you guys would be happy... would you?
