Shay began her day in the most cliche, predictable way possible. With Brad clung to her side. She tried her best to shake him off, not really caring if she was rough as he deserved every bit of hangover he got coming to him this morning. In saying that, she did more of a shove than a shake- waking Brad up almost instantly.
"Oh god." Brad yelled into his pillow, his arm still strongly holding shays body into place. "My fucking head, my fucking head."

"Amazing what a large consumption of alcohol can do, huh?"

"Could you speak English please?" Brad groaned. "It's too early for smart people gibberish."

"Get up." Shay shoved him off of her completely, making Brad groan out even louder.

"Just a few more hours, I'm hungover as fuc-"

"Then have a shower." Shay shrugged, standing up and getting ready to make Brad's bed. Brad gave Shay a slight grin as he walked closer.

"You wanna join-"

"No!" Shay yelled out, astonished at his thickness. She stopped mid activity and threw the pillow that she was currently holding at him. It bounced off of him hard.

"Shay," he whined whilst rubbing at the spot where the pillow had hit. "Can I at least have a kiss?"

"Are you stupid?" Shay asked in all seriousness. "Do you remember last night?"

"Yes." Brad answered. "I also remember coming home and you letting me cuddle with you and-"

"That doesn't mean I forgive you for your vile behaviour."

"Well I don't like your 'no kissing and no showering together' as punishment. It hurts me."

"Well you hurt me." Shay said back, making Brad frown and walk into the bathroom, closing and locking the door behind him. Brad sure took his time in the shower, and during this time Shay had went downstairs, had a conversation with Gloria, made her own breakfast and started watching an episode of the Simpsons in Brad's room before he came back out.

He had a towel wrapped around his waist and shay tried her hardest to not give him any attention whatsoever. She continued to eat her toast and watch tv, not even glancing at him when he got changed into new clothes. Once done, he sat down beside Shah in his bed, taking a piece of her toast and biting into it. Shay didn't seem to mind, so he took it as a sign of forgiveness instead of ignorance. He then- in all his cockiness went to kiss her on the cheek. Just as his lips were about to touch her skin, she swatted his face away.

"Shay!" Brad pouted, which didn't have his desired effect on Shay.

"Brad!" She mimicked back, with a glimmer of a smile.

"Don't tell me that your going to keep this up well after my birthday."

"Your birthday?" Shay asked, placing her left over piece of toast back onto the plate.

"Yeah, it's in a few days. Wednesday, I thought I told you?"

"No." Shay hit his arm, making Brad laugh.

"Well, if you're still angry at me then you don't have to, but my parents are holding a family dinner thing and I want you to come. Well, I sort of told them you're already coming and they're ecstatic. They really like you."

"Sure they do." Shay rolled her eyes and scoffed. It was obvious that shay was an outsider to brads family. His parents made it very clear.

"They do." Brad tried to assure her.

"Yeah, okay. When's the dinner?"

"Wednesday night." Brad smiled, going in for the kiss on the cheek. He surprisingly succeeded.
