what if we dont live?

Subaru POV

I watched Y/n slowly wake up

"suba-subaru?" She said 

" i am here" i walked over to her and held her hand

She shot up, wide awake.

"what happened!"

"hey, hey! your ok, i  am ok. We all are okay."

" last thing i remember was your dead body, saying a spell"

"and it revived me, i now alive, thanks to you. but you could have killed yourself!" 

"i know, i just know that your brothers would miss you more than me. so you know, i brought you back."

I saw her biting back tears

I hugged her, she broke. she was sobbing. i started sobbing too. 

I let go of her

"Y/n, the spell that you performed was the spell in the prophecy. You know what comes next, dont you? "

she wiped her tears, and nodded

"wait, subaru, where is zane?"

"I went to go see him last night, he escaped. it doesnt matter where he was being held now that he is gone"

"so, we have to face my father and my brother?"

I hugged her again "i am afraid so"

"subaru? what if we dont live?"

I stopped breathing. 

Y/n POV

"subaru? what if we dont live?" 

I was so afraid to lose him again. I could tell subaru was afraid too the way her froze while embracing me.

I opened my eyes to see he was so close to my face, his lips were maybe 1 inch away from mine.

"y/n, you will survive. you know why? because if you dont, the world will suffer"

i nodded

"but what about you?"

"I am just here to help you, i am no one important"

"no, no you are important, to me." 

I kissed him

he gasped through the kiss

I pulled back and saw him wide eyed and frozen

he looked at me. suddenly he pulled me to him and kissed me passionately. 

we sat there kissing on what seemed forever 

"guys, sorry to break the moment. but you guys need to see this." yui said in our doorway breaking our kiss

Everyone was outside including the mukamis. i looked to the sky and the sky was blood red.
