I finish up my sub and drink and find a trash bin. I sigh. I walk around a bit more before finding an alley next to a theatre. I don't bother checking the theatre name, I just drag myself into the alley.

I set all my things down, and sit onto the chipped concrete (i dont even known if there is an alley next to the Winter Garden Theatre, just... imagine there is).

I lay down, preparing to catch up on the sleep I've missed. After about 20 minutes, i fall asleep.

After finishing up the Beetlejuice show, I change out of my costume and walk out of my dressing room. I see Presley and Kerry talking. "Alright, im heading home for a bit." I say

"Alright, see you here for the aftrnoon show, Alex." Kerry said. "See you, Alex." Presley replies. I smile at them and walk out of the theatre. As normal, I head into the store a little way across the theatre. "Hey, Alex" the worker says.

I come here often, so we know each other on a first name basis. "Hey, Mike." I answer. "Hey, I seen a younger girl, about 17, go into the alley across from here. I don't think she's left there, and I dont know why she is there, but, if you could check it out later?" I nod.

"I will, yeah, thanks for telling me." I say, my smile falling a bit. I grab what I need, pay for it, and walk out. Why would a teenager be alone in an alley at 10 in the morning?" I think to myself.

As I said, I go over to the alley and check it out. And, funny enough, there is a teenager there. Well, maybe not so funny, but still. My mouth falls into an 'o' shape, as I stare at the younger girl, wondering about her.

Why is she here? and, how did she get here? Are the questions that swim in my brain. I snap out of my thoughts and immediately go over to her.

She is still breathing, which is great, but she has multiple bruises and cuts across her face and arms.

My eyes cloud with tears as I stare at her small figure. I gently pick her up, and her stuff, bringing her into the theatre. Leslie was the first over to me. "I thought you le-" she stops, as she seen the girl.

"Who- Who is she?" she asks. "I-I don't know, she was outside in the alley. Mike said he saw her going in and not come out." I blink my tears back as I explain. Leslie takes her stuff, and i gently adjust her in my arms.

We bring her and her belongings up to my dressing room, Leslie leaves and i sit there, at my desk, waiting for her to wake up.
