As I was upstairs in my office I gotta call about a disturbance in the parking lot. I grabbed my walkie and headed down to see what the issue was. My mind was all over the place as I thought back to the emails I was just reading about people wanting to do payments plans for a premium membership. I realized then that I need a office assistant to send the messages that I didn't feel like sending over and over again. The reason we don't do a payment plan for premium memberships is because they'll expect the premium experience. You pay in full or you pay montly for a regular membership. I got on the elevator and headed down to the parking garage. When I got to the second floor my security was surrounding two people a man and a women.

"She's not a member and she is refusing to leave the premises"
