It was the next morning .

I walked downstairs all ready for school.
The house was empty and quiet

I peaked outside the kitchen window.
My parents car was gone

Hm they must've started earlier today.

I went to the pantry and grabbed a granola bar and walked out the door for school.

As I was walking I couldn't help but start thinking about Katsuki.

Would he even talk to me after yesterday?

I mean he didn't even text me anything.

What if he changed his mind and regretted what happened.

Eventually I got to school and made my way to class.

Everyone was scattered in groups talking.

As I walked in I threw away my empty granola wrapper and walked over to put my bag at my desk.

I noticed Todoroki was sitting by himself, so I walked on over to him.

"Not much of a talker are you ?" I casually asked as I sat down in Yaoyorozu's seat.
She was over with the other girls around Jiros desk.

"Hm- I didn't come to make friends " he muttered out.

"I'm sure none of us did. We all want to become great heroes but making friends along the way makes the journey better" I smiled at him.

He turned and looked at Me.

His eyes were staring into my eyes but they felt.. cold.. sad..

"Soooo when are we doing that one on one. I mean if you still want to." I said while swiveling around in the chair.

"I was going to ask last night but you didn't text back" he replied a bit more warmer.

"Yeeeaah, I was tired when I got home and I fell asleep early so I didn't reply to any of my messages." I stopped swiveling and said casually.

"Hmm figures. was Mr.Aizawa harsh on you two" he muttered out.

"Nah. He had us work out until 6 but we finished way before that because it was pretty easy. But then we had a friendly battle until 6 " I explained casually.

"You and bakugo had a friendly battle? That doesn't sound right, isn't he the opposite of friendly ?" He asked curious.

"Right! But I convinced him to battle without using quirks. I mean I thought I would've been more bruised than I came out" I said laughing.

His eyes widened at that last sentence.

"He bruised you?" He asked with a slight concern look.

"Oh no not like that or bad I mean!  I took a punch to the ribs and that was the only bruise. I totally said that wrong" I explained with my hands up in defeat .

"Did he give you that bruise on your face ?" He asked staring at me.

"My face?" I asked confused

Immediately I realized what he was talking about .

I got slapped again and in the same spot.
It must have darkened up.

"O-oh.. n-no. This was cause of something else.. not his fault.." I mumbled out looking down.

"You dont have to say anything." Todoroki muttered out reaching for my shoulder.

I felt him place his hand on my shoulder in an assuring manner.
