Bakugo x Reader

Friend

It was the day after sports festival.

I had walked into the main part of town to pay some bills for my parents.

As I was walking out of the store with my bill receipts in hand, my phone started to ring.

I stuffed the papers in my cross bag and took my phone out.

*Todoroki Calling*

What the heck?

"Hello" I casually answered

"Is it really wise for you to be walking right now?" He muttered out sounding so serious.

"What do you mean?" I asked out confused.

How did he-

"Turn around" he muttered out.

I quickly turned around and saw him standing in front of the post office entrance.

I hung up the phone and walked over to him.

"You're going to hurt yourself " he muttered out as he pointed at my ankle

"I feel fine though! Look!!" I exclaimed as I wiggled my ankle around.

"It was probably incredibly minor" he muttered out staring at my ankle.

"Minor but it hurt a lot yesterday. But Um thank you , so much " I politely said out.

"Anytime, what brings you here?"

"Oh I came to pay some bills for my parents, you? "

"I had to mail these papers off for my older sister, are you going home?" He pointed out as he held out envelopes in hand.

"Uhm- I was going to try to meet up with .... a friend" i smiled out.

I wanted to meet up with Katsuki.

"Oh... I was going to offer if you wanted to get a lemonade with me but it's fine I-" he started before I interrupted him.

"No! We can go... I haven't even called to let him know , it was going to be a spontaneous meet up" I laughed out.

"Him?" He asked out while furrowing his brows.

My eyes widened at my little slip.

"Y-yeah, him, so we going or what?" I quickly changed the topic, Katsuki won't forgive me if I told out of everyone Todoroki about us

We walked out a small little drink spot and sat at a table outside.

"So enjoying your days off?" I asked out

"It's nice to be out but later I have to train" he muttered out as he took a sip of his lemonade.

"I see, I should do that too " I sighed out thinking it's been a while since I last worked out.

"You train at home?" He asked out curiously.

"I try to... my mom hates when I work out at home because I ruin the grass with all my exercises or  something " I rolled my eyes at the thought of her .

"Speaking of that, hows everything " he retorted keeping his eyes on me.

"Everything?" I asked out confused.

"I know... I've seen the bruises, I noticed you had a bigger one than the other day on your face and the arm"  he pointed at my arm but the bruise was gone thanks to recovery girl.

"Oh, you ... noticed..." I muttered out as I looked down trying to hide my face.

I mean Aizawa noticed from the monitor at the Sports Festival, wouldn't be surprise if my classmates are already thinking the obvious.
