it wasn't every day that cassiopeia & her father would take a break to do something fun .

oftentimes , they would go weeks without going somewhere they wanted to because their trips always went wrong . a trip to london became a battle with cyborgs . a pit stop in france ? dalek infestation . it seemed like they just couldn't catch a break .

she supposed that was ordinary for aliens , living life on the run , helping people wherever and whenever they could .

that was why she wasn't very excited to be going to new york . her father decided that it was an excellent idea to stop & see the 1942 world fair , with all of it's technological marvels .

it didn't seem that fun . maybe they would stop at coney island & go on the ferris wheel or something .
