Friends?

Fast forward a little bit.....

Jens POV:
Today's the first day of the tour. I'm so nervous but excited because I get to see all of my fans. I'm starting it off at Madison Square Garden, and then I'll go from there. I haven't talked to Alex or heard from him in a really long time. I didn't give him my number he only gave me his. Anyway, I'm finally divorced, the media died down a little bit. I think everything's ok.

Alex POV:
Yesterday was the last game of the season...... it was really heartbreaking and my team and I went out for some drinks, we got drunk, and we'll......... let's just say the ladies were more attentive last night. Paparazzi got a hold of more pics of me and another girl. I just hope Jennifer doesn't see them. I was thinking of surprising her with some flowers, since I haven't seen her in a while, hopefully I can get a seat they're probably sold out!!!

Jens POV:
It's go time!!!! We start off with Medicine, then going through almost my whole "A.K.A." and "on the 6" we put in some "Selena," and then ending it with "Get Right" and "On the Floor." I think this might have been my best concert yet. The crowd was cheering so loud it was hard to hear myself talk. I bow down with my dancers and band and we walk back stage. Lupe: "AHHHHH THAT WAS AMAZINGGGG, WHEN U DID GET RIGHT!!! OMGGG THAT WAS SO GOOD. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SHOW WAS AMAZING." "Thanks ma!" I said as I hugged her. I'm walking backstage and all of a sudden there's flowers where I normally put on my makeup. I am really surprised because I wasn't with anyone and none of my friends do this kinda stuff. I was thinking maybe Leah. I read the card and they're from.......... Marc. That really threw me off considering what we just went through. Then I look closer noticing that that's not Marcs handwriting and someone crossed something out. I tried to read it. Maybe it was Alex? "This could be the time to call him and ask maybe." I said kind of quiet. "Call who?" Lupe says. "Ummmm- uh-uh nobody ma just some person." I say patiently hoping she doesn't catch on. "Is it that guy from the cab?" She says looking really conceited because she already knew. "Yes ma yes it is." I said kind of disappointed because I didn't want her to know until we had something official. I read the card and it says: "I hope you had a great show! Sorry I couldn't watch it, but I hope I can see you soon!" I caught myself smirking and quickly stopped because I cannot have any distractions right now. I get undressed and take a shower. When I get back to my dressing room there he is............ it's Alex!! "Alex wha- what are you doing here?!?" I say happy but a little confused. "I came to see you! Today was my last game, so I decided to come and watch you! You are absolutely amazing. I had so much fun!" "Wow I- I- dont even know what to say right now this is amazing. Thank you!" I slowly walk over to him and give him a big long hug. I stay there longer than intended, he just feels so good. We both pull away and he pecks my lips with the softest kiss. I just wanted to keep going. His lips are heaven. We just stare in each others eyes and he kisses my head and hugs me more. I think this could really work..... Then after that intimate hug, he kinda starts to ask me out. He's picking me up at 6 for a "friends" thing but I really want it to be more.

Alex POV:
I hurry and get dressed. I'm so nervous because I have never seen Jennifer preform live, only on YouTube and tv. I hope she likes them, there's 13 of them like my number in baseball. I hope she catches that. I wrote a little note on in just saying I hope her show was great. I tricked her thinking I didn't come when I actually did. The show has ended and I'm now walking backstage to see her. Her team said she was getting ready so I just sat in her chair and looked at the flowers. Someone had crossed out my name and put Marcs. That made me mad but I didn't think too much of it. I hear the door open and here she comes. She's drying her hair with a towel and her wavy hair is so adorable. The she looks up and stares at me. "Alex wha- what are you doing here?!?" She says as she lit up. "I came to see you! Today was my last game, so I decided to come and watch you! You are absolutely amazing. I had so much fun!" I was so happy to see her, I'm guessing she hasn't seen those pictures yet. That's great. She thanked me and slowly walked over and gave me the biggest hug. It was so warm and I just wanted to stand there forever. I could smell her conditioner and lotion. Everything about her is perfect. We both pull away and I wanted to kiss her so bad, so I did. I gave her a little soft peck on the lips, and stared into her eyes. I didn't want to move too fast into it so I kissed her head and hugged her tighter. I really like her and I want this to last. "Hey can I have your number?" "You know what ofc yea I forgot to give it to you last time." Shes so sweet. "Let me take you out." I say firmly but confident. "Uh- I- I can't" "How about I just call it a hangout, just as friends." I was not happy about saying that but I needed her to like me as me first. "Ok, ok sure yea." She looked unsure but she looked like she wanted to. "Ok then I'll see you tomorrow night at 6? That is ofc if you don't have a show" I'm really hopeful that she'll say yes I have my fingers crossed. "Nope I'm off tomorrow so yea that's be great!" She has the biggest smile on her face. She's so beautiful. "Ok sounds good I'll pick you up at 6 and no need to wear anything fancy, this is just a friends thing." I said that to make her feel better but I really wanna date her. "Ok thank you, I'll see you tomorrow." All right that's great. I gotta get going, see you tomorrow!!! As I get in the car, I can't stop thinking about her once again......... she could really be the one... god I hope so.

Jens POV:
Friends? I thought we could be more? Ugh maybe this is just the start? Who knows let me not think too much into it I need some sleep anyway.
