Deal and first confrontation

Manpreet is gill's secretary and most trustworthy person

Gill:-" Manpreet why no one is interested in investing in our company ,there was a time when we were topping the chart and everyone were willing to invest in our company but now our company is one the verge of loss, what is happening with us ?"

Manpreet :-" sir ,yeh sab uss Sidharth Shukla ke vajah se hua hai , usne sabko dhamka ke rakha hai ki koi humare company mein invest Naa kare "

Gill:- "maine kabhi nahi socha tha ki jiss ladke Ko maine dhakke mar kar ghar se nikala tha aur jiska koi status nahi tha aaj woh topmost position par hai aur humare barbaadi ka reason bhi wahi hai", but what can we do now humein kuch toh raasta nikalna hi hoga warna woh din durr nahi jab humein khud raste par aana padega "

Meanwhile shehnaaz arrives there and listens to their convo

Shehnaaz:- "papa yeh sab meri wajah se ho raha hai toh Mai hi isse theek karungi, chahe usse maafi hi kyu maangni pade , Mai kuch bhi karungi par humare company Ko iss crisis se bahar nikal kar hi rahungi "

Gill:- "I believe you beta , aur ab mujhse yeh sab sambhala nahi jaata ,now it's the correct time I'm going to handover my company to you ,ab tum hi kuch kar sakti ho !"

Sana:- "you can trust me dad !"

Gill:- "I do beta !"

Sana in her mind :- "Sidharth Mai janti hun ki maine tera bohot Dil dukhaya hai aur yahi reason hai ki ab teri nafrat ka shikar humari company ho rahi hai ,but I'll fix it "

In sidharth's office :

Sidharth:-" any update about gill's company aur woh tender ka kya hua woh humare company Ko hi milna chahiye "

Puja:- "yes sir tender humein hi Mila hai aur gd company puri tarah barbaad ho chuki hai ,no one is willing to help them as you've warned all of them!"

Sidharth:- "that's good Abhi toh sirf company barbaad hui hai abhi miss gill Ko bhi barbaad hona hai !"

Suddenly the phone ring's it from receptionist

Sidharth:- "haa bolo ,kya hua what's the problem ?"

Receptionist:-" sir ek ma'am aayi hai apse milna chahti hai ,unhone apna Naam shehnaaz kaur gill bataya"

Sidharth :- "tell her to wait untill I'm free , it's my company koi Dharamshala nahi ki koi bhi aaye andar aur chale aaye!"

Receptionist:- ok sir

Sidharth :- "now the real game starts,tumhein tadapta dekh bohot maza aayega ,miss shehnaaz kaur gill ,jitna Dard tumne mujhe diya hai uska double Mai tumhein aur Saket wapas karunga  "

Receptionist:- "mam sir ne aapko rukne ke liye kaha hai , he's busy in some meeting, meeting khatam hone ke Baad aapko bhejne Ko kaha hai !"

Shehnaaz:- ok , I'll wait till then

(It has been four hours shehnaaz is waiting but there's no call from Sidharth , she is continuously checking her watch and finally the phone ring's)

Sidharth:- "unhe bhejo mere office Mai !"

Receptionist:-" ma'am now you can go "

Shehnaaz:- "ok , thanks !"

One of the employee guides her to the sidharth's cabin

She knocks the door

Sidharth:- "come in !"

Shehnaaz steps in

Sidharth:- "ohh, miss gill welcome to my office plz have a seat !"

Shehnaaz sit on the chair

Sidharth while gazing her :- "aaj tak kuch nahi badla ,woh puffy cheeks, cute nose, straight hairs, attractive eye's aaj bhi kisi Ko ghyala kar sakti hai yeh, Mai ek Baar phas Chula hun par iss baar nahi"

Shehnaaz while staring at him:- "kitna Badal Gaya hai tu Sidharth , woh innocent SA ladka kahi ghum Gaya hai jisse Mai pyar karti thi college se ,now I can see a cunning face hiding pain and anger in his eyes!"

Sidharth :- "so miss gill aap sirf mujhe ghurti rahengi yaa phir kuch bolengi bhi ?"

Shehnaaz comes back to her senses

Shehnaaz:- "actually I need some help from you ,our company has became totally bankrupt and no one is willing to invest with us , agar aapko company humare company Ko invest karti toh utni hi help ho jaati, and I promise on behalf of my company that it will give you better and quality result "'
"You can trust me on that our company never betrays anyone "

Sidharth:- "trust aur aap par yeh baatein aapko suit nahi karti miss gill, aur rahi baat betray ki toh" ,he starts laughing loudly

(Shehnaaz just look at him and kees quite)

Sidharth:- "but kya hai Naa miss gill Mai aapke jaisa patthar dil nahi hun , I want to give you a chance ,but ek shart par you'll have to sign this contract which states that you have to work for one year in my company as my personal assistant and obey my each and every rule without questioning them, till then you're not allowed to keep contact with Mr gill and your secretary Manpreet, till then your company would be under my hands and all its transactions would be handled by my team ,as soon as the contracts ends your company will be handover to you , think about it and tell me what will be your decision !"

(Shehnaaz goes numb for a moment )

Shehnaaz:- "but how will be its possible ,why would I work for you aur Mai apne company tumhein kyu handover karu ?"

Sidharth :- "I'm not forcing you , it's upto yours whether you've to accept the deal aur see your company drowning in loss"

(Shehnaaz thinks for about 15 min)

Shehnaaz:-" ok ,I'm ready to sign the contract but you've to assure me that our company will get out of this shit "

Sidharth :-" aapko kya Laga Mai aapke jaisa hun who don't keep his words, I never back off from my words ,so I think that deal is final ,so miss gill welcome to SR enterprises and my cabin would be waiting for you tomorrow ,till then have a good day ,now you can leave !"
