▪️How are the Wattpad Originals selected?
▫️We've said it all. Your book must be original, unique and fresh to the eyes. It must be something someone out there hasn't thought of. If you feel like your book has what it takes to be on our reading lists, dive into our bio and click on the link to fill out the reading list form!
▪️Is there any specific reads allowed?
▫️There are no specific reads allowed. If you have a very good book, with a great content. You'll have a chance. Reads does not define how great your book is. If it's great, it's great, and we'll try our best to bring it out to the open.
▪️Are there any specific genre?
▫️All genres are accepted into this program. From poetry, down to LGBTQ you're welcome to participate.
▪️ Will there be an awards?
▫️ Definitely, we'll be letting the info of awards out very soon.
▪️Are joint stories allowed?
▫️Yes they are.
▪️ Does my story have to be complete?
▫️No. We're giving you a chance to shine, so your story can go at your own pace.
▪️ How special is the extremely and originally Rare reading list?
▫️It is really special in the sense that, books there are not even supposed to be books, but Blockbuster movies. They're supposed to be seen by the whole world, not just Wattpad readers. They should definitely be given a time to shine!
▪️Will filling the form guarantee my book is going to be on the platform?
▫️No. Every submission we get is being reviewed thoroughly, and if your book makes it to the platform, then... Congratulations! You should really consider getting it published or turned into a movie!
▪️How do I become part of the Wattpad Originals Scout team?
