Bakugo's POV:

A loud, obnoxious banging snapped him out of his tranquil dream. Growling, he hugged the stirring omega closer to his chest. Whoever dared to interrupt their time together was dead.

"Go away!" He snapped, trying to block out the sound. When the banging refused to stop, he decided enough was enough. Not only was this free time with his gem, but that was also an order from the prince himself! "Go. Away."

Izuku shivered from the alpha's dominance. Anyone would have to listen to an alpha's voice, especially if that voice belonged to the prince.

Instead, the door swung open to reveal the one person whose an alpha voice would never affect. His mother...the preeminent alpha queen that ruled over her land with a loving touch and a deathly glare. Her scowl was deep and her scent was strong and spicy. It was similar to Katsuki's, just a tad stronger.

His mood dampened as he saw her face, knowing whatever she had to say would annoy him and scare Izuku. "What do you want, hag?!" He felt the small boy next to him shudder and cower into the prince's side, burrowing underneath his arm to try and hide his presence. The omega thought of him as protection. Cute.

"You such a lazy brat- wait...who is that?" Her voice went soft when she saw the greenette. His whimpers were quiet yet audible, and a sour smell of distress was beginning to fill the room. Even the scowl on her face faded and she almost seemed concerned. A look the young blond had only seen on very rare occasions.

"My..." He didn't know what to say. His omega? Personal servant? The most beautiful gem throughout all the land? Bingo. "Gem," He finished with a cheesy smile to the younger beside him. When he glanced back up he saw his mother wearing the same stupid grin. She knows. She had always wanted him to find his mate, wanted her only son to be happy just like she was with her one and only, Masaru.

"What's your name?" She stepped closer, only a few paces to not frighten the fragile boy anymore than he already was. Her scent had even gone to the similar cinnamon her son's did when they were trying to bring comfort.

"His name is-" The prince had tried to answer, only to be whacked on the head by the queen. "Ow! What the hell old hag- Ow!" She knocked him atop the head once more to stop his yelling.

"I asked him the question. He can answer for himself. It's his name and his choice to say it," Surprisingly, she hadn't yelled out her scoldings to her son. Instead, it came out as a growled whisper. "Now, can I know your name?" Her eyes left her son and met two large, emerald orbs.

He swallowed before answering, "M-Midoriya Izuku, your majesty," He started to relax under the near identical crimson gaze. The son truly did seem just like the queen. Short-temper, blond hair and all.

"Midoriya...that had a nice ring to it. Well, did the brat tell you about the festival? Or did he forget?" She snapped the final part at her son before turning back to the smaller.

"Festival?" Izuku said while looking at Katsuki for answers. "There's a festival?" He tilted his head and the prince had to stop from chuckling at the cute reaction.

The queen sighed. "Of course he didn't... Yes, there's gonna be a week-long festival to celebrate our victory. The streets will be full of food and trinkets, many performances and story-tellers as well! You'll love it, I'm sure," A shockingly soft hand gently squeezed the omega's.
