Nash closed the distance between them and their lips met. He kissed her like a drowning man and she clung to him for her own safety, lest she get swept away on the tide of passion and desire. How long they had been there, standing entwined and lost in each other they didn't know but when they eventually split apart, Nash had to hold Honey up to stop her from sinking to the floor.

He chuckled quietly as he tucked a hair behind her ear. 'Viola did a good job baby, you look so good as one of us, I knew you would, but you don't need all that stuff on your face. You're so beautiful without it.' Honey smiled up at him with complete adoration but Nash saw the clouds that floated across her eyes and couldn't help asking her why.

'Don't you hate me?' she asked with a tremor in her small voice. Nash was floored. How could such a thought enter her beautiful head?

'Princess, nothing you could do would make me hate you. Just promise me that you'll never leave me again, I thought I was going to go mad without you.' He sighed, pressing his forehead against hers.

'I hated being away from you too. I was angry at first and then I didn't know how to get back to you and I was so afraid you'd shut me out.' Her eyes swam again as the tears pricked.

'I'm here now sweetheart.' he breathed, kissing her head and drinking in the scent of her. 'You're my girl Honey, you'll always be my girl.'

Honey pressed her face into Nash's shoulder and smiled to herself. He was hers and all her fears were suddenly washed away. Nash turned and slung his arm round her shoulder, walking with her back into the clubhouse. Her legs were still shaky from the kiss they had shared but Nash moved with graceful confidence. Ignoring the rest of the room and the curious looks they'd created, they headed straight for Tommy.

'Hey Pres, need to split, gotta get my girl home.' Nash said with a grin and Tommy grinned back and clapped him roughly on the shoulder, giving a conspiratorial wink to Honey.

'So, you two gonna quit messing around and sort your shit out? Tommy said gruffly as he took a long drink from his bottle and rubbed the moisture from his hairy face.

Nash looked down at Honey and she smiled blissfully back up at him. The air was thick between the two of them and Tommy coughed, non to subtly.

'Sorry Tom.' Nash said wryly as he ran a hand through his messy hair and looked embarrassed to be caught showing such emotion.

'Don't worry about it, Brother. One day I might find myself a little girl like yours, hell she might even look at me that way too' The he laughed raucously as if it was a huge joke. Some of the others around them laughed too and Honey suddenly had the impression that Tommy really would like someone to love him. There was no more time to think on that though because Tommy was speaking again 'Take it easy bro, she's a nice little thing and you don't wanna fuck it up for good.'

'I'll try not to Tom.' Nash winked and turned away.

'And Honey Pie, if he gives you any trouble at all, you come straight to me and I'll kick his ass back to Arizona. You hear me girly?' Tommy called after them. Honey looked back over her shoulder and flashed him a perfect smile. Tommy felt a pang of jealousy through his dead heart. He wasn't interested in the girl but it'd been a long time since he'd felt what those two were feeling and for a second he wanted to taste it again. He turned back to his brothers and closed his heart once more, locking out the past.

Viola caught Honeys eye and she clapped her hands in excitement, nudging Preach who raised his beer to them as rare smile graced his lips, before he turned his intense gaze back to Viola. As they were crossing the bar Honey saw Roxy standing with some of the others. She flinched as the woman's vicious gaze was turned on her. Not missing the tiny movement, Nash glanced down at Honey and then followed her gaze to Roxy.
