The rest of the weekend passed in a blur of sex and sleep. The couple ventured out only for food and hygiene purposes. Honey's body had been thoroughly used by Nash who, despite his assurances that he would let her rest, had almost ravaged her body again in the same breath. Honey was sore and exhausted but her appetite for gratification was insatiable.

Nash felt the same. The flood gates were opened and her body was irresistible. He made it his mission to show her what to do and he, in turn, learned everything about her body and what she enjoyed most. He'd discovered that there was sweet spot just below her right ear that if he kissed it the right way as he entered her, she would come apart almost instantly. She liked long lazy strokes and being held tightly in his arms.

Honey learned that Nash loved her. Completely. That was it, no conditions or provisos. What made Honey happy made him happy. Right at this moment, him being inside her, made her happy and he was all to eager to comply.

Monday morning arrived and a thin rain was falling. Honey dragged herself to the bathroom and stood beneath the steaming jet of water as she washed her hair ready for school. Nash was laying facedown in their bed as she crept out. Sometime during Saturday, a bag had been dropped onto the front step. She didn't know if Viola or Buzz had called but all her clothes were there.

Honey picked out a pair of black jeans and a tight crop top that showed of her milky white midriff. She pulled on the leather jacket and painted a dark colour onto her lips. Looking in the mirror a different girl looked back. Even without the dark clothing and makeup she looked different.

With no other way to get there, she set out the door and into the rain. Where was the school? She knew where it was compared to the town but where was that? Nothing for it, she started walking. A few minutes later she was striding through the sheets of rain when her attention was caught by the sound of an engine slowing near her. Honey turned her head and saw Nash leaning towards her from behind the wheel of his truck.

'Are you crazy baby?' he called 'Get the hell in'

Honey didn't think she just hurried over and climbed in beside him. Her hair was plastered to her face and her makeup was ruined. 'Great' she muttered as she studied her panda eyes in the small mirror in the sun visor.

Nash chuckled and swung the truck round to face home. 'Don't worry, you've got plenty of time.' he said as he swerved back onto the drive. 'Go fix your face.'

Honey dashed through the house and re-applied the eyeliner and mascara. When she emerged, Nash was waiting for her. 'Better.' he said with a smile.

'I didn't mean to wake you.' Honey said in way of reply

'You should have. Its too far to walk to school from here. You could have taken my truck ya know.' he said coming forward and dropping a kiss on her forehead.

'I'd need a licence for that.' Honey said with wide eyes, like this was an obvious problem.

Nash frowned 'It never occurred to me that you can't drive. Of course you can't, no-one ever gave a shit enough to teach you.'

Honey looked away from him, stung by the truth in his words. 'Hey, listen to me girly. That was then and this is now. I could teach you but its probably not for the best. One of the other guys could. You like Buzz, I could ask him, or Tommy?'

'You trust me alone with Tommy?' she cocked an eye at him.

Nash smiled wryly back at her and rubbed the back of his neck 'Yeah I do.' he replied 'I was acting like a dick before. Tommy is a good man and he'll take care of you. I'll sort something out for you today. Ask around.'

Honey arrived at school considerably drier than she would have, had she walked. 'That's strange.' Honey said with a frown. 'Buzz isn't here! He's never late, always here first.' She glanced at Nash anxiously. 'Do you think something's up with him?'

Nash looked round. 'He's allowed to be sick you know babe, or maybe he's got something on. Is it a big problem if he's not here? Are you having trouble.'

'Not anymore really. Few comments but most people steer clear of me.'

'Haven't you made friends?' Nash asked with his brow furrowing.

'Not with anyone here. I don't really fit in James. Don't really know how to make friends.' she said quietly.

Nash huffed but then looked at her. 'You've got us babe. Me, Viola, Buzz and Tommy. If there's no-one else, you have us. Ok, any trouble at school, let me know and I'll sort it.'

Honey nodded quickly and jumped down from the truck. She scurried across the parking lot and into the school building. She was just stuffing books into her locker when a familiar face appeared at her side.

'How's it going freak?' Macy Lloyd said nastily. Inwardly Honey was quaking but she refused to let this girl take the lead. She squared her shoulders and turned to face her.

'Oh my God, you really are a freak aren't you. I mean, what do you look like? I didn't even know you could get lipstick that colour. You look like some kind of wannabe vampire or something.' Macys looked Honey up and down 'Saw you come in with someone else today. Finally figured that you were wasting your time with our beloved principle? So who is this one then? If he drove away then he doesn't go here which means he's older. Is that what does it for you? You have daddy issues?'

Honey glared at the vicious face of the other girl and held her breath, counting backwards from ten. It didn't work. When she made herself speak, Honeys soft voice was brittle and grating. 'Why do you care Macy? What I do is fuck all to do with you, why are you so interested in my life? Maybe its you that has the issues if you are so fixated on me. Now do us both a favour and fuck off. I ain't telling you shit about me. You're not my friend and you're not worth my energy. Now if you don't mind I have places to go.'

Honey stalked away to her class, threw herself into her chair and glared at the board. The teacher entered and the lesson began. Honey tried to focus but her view from here was of the faculty carpark. Buzz's car didn't appear and a sense of foreboding set into her stomach.

'Hi' a male voice said from beside her breaking into her thoughts. She turned to see a fresh faced boy leaning her way. She said nothing, just stared at him until he nervously began to speak again. 'Umm, I've seen you around a bit, you're new aren't you.'

Honey blinked but didn't answer. What was this about? Boys didn't talk to her. The boy was unfazed by her lack of response and continued to talk. 'My name is Brett, you're Honey aren't you. It suits you. Bet you are really sweet, underneath all that black shit on your face.'

'Brett Trantor! If you don't mind, I'm trying to teach. Kindly leave Miss Stone alone and get on with your own work.' the teacher barked. Brett smirked back at Honey but turned back to the front of the class and picked up his pen.

By lunch time Honey was beyond irritated. Between classes Macy and her friends had gone out of their way to push Honey or trip her up. If they were in her class, she heard them snickering and whispering about her.

She decided to go in search of Buzz, not to report them but just to have friendly face. Someone to be kind to her. She knocked on the office door but no answer came. She looked round but there was no-one to be seen. Suddenly there came the sharp clip of heels on the tiled floor. A prim looking woman appeared with glasses perched on the end of her nose.

'Why are you here?' she snapped.

'I was looking for Principle Kaine.' Honey answered.

'He's not here today.' the woman snapped 'Mr Harrington is in charge for the rest of the week.'

'Is he alright, is he sick?' Honey asked worriedly.

The other woman looked her over frostily and began to berate Honey for her impertinence before she looked Honey over again and frowned. 'You're Miss Stone, aren't you. You're one of Marcus's friends.'

'Yes' Honey replied

'Didn't you know sweetheart,' she said quietly 'Marcus was in an accident yesterday. He's in hospital.
