Chapter 46|•| attack.

Snow's pov.

Wrong.

I shielded my eyes as debris flew around me. explosions wrecked the hideout's entrance and there stood infront of me... peter ratri.

I wanted to shove his face to the ground as he stared at me astounded before smiling and laughing happily.

"I see you're alive my little frost!" He said smirking at me as i continued to glare at him.

He made hand signs to the royal demon soldiers behind him as they nodded shouting in their language of what the sign meant.

"Scatter and take all the cattle children!" The chief shouted..fvcking idiots i could understand you loud and clear.

The smirk on my face disappeared as they started to walk to the stairs leading up.

Shit.

I knew something is bound to get wrong..

I quickly placed my palm to the ground as frost shot out.

The children went out of their rooms crying at what's happening.. even nat and anna went out worriedly.

"NO!! GO HIDE INSIDE NOW!!THIS IS CODE BLUE! YOU KNOW THE DRILL!" i screamed as they all immediately ran inside but anna was left worried at me.

Shit.

"ANNA! GO NOW!!"i screamed at her as she panicked.

Double shit.

Hundreds of demons came with peter  ratri.. maybe even thousands. They quickly used their shields as cover when they saw my frost travel fastly towards them.
The ones heading to the stairs stopped in fear as the hid behind their armor.. how did they knew about my power tho?.. to know that im fvcking gorgeous- i mean scary?

I guess im widely known then eh?

Bracing themselves they waited to be frozen they all pulled their shields out covering themselves.

I smirked... as if I'll lose in a battle of wits.

My frost only creates spikes that would shield me from them. The main purpose of my frost was not to shield them at all.

I looked up removing my palm from the floor as i stared at my work of art... a thick layer of ice separated us from the children above. A layer of ice covered the outside of the tree.. now that im sure they'll be safe my heart is at ease.

But i cant use my fire yet..
Im glad i used it at that farm or else my heart would burn to death.

Peter ratri growled angrily at me as i smirked at him.. well let's see how you'll get those kids you fuckers!

I turned to anna as she trembled.how am i suppose to hide her now?..i dont want her to be hurt..I saw one of the demons holding a gun as he pointed it to her.. shit.

I quickly went to her grabbing her to protect her . I tried to freeze them all but i only covered a few since I've already used up my ice to cover the whole hide out.. and this place is huge!

I jolted as i felt a sharp needle enter the back of my arm. I quickly looked at it to pull it out.. it was one of those bullets.. the one that'll make you unconscious.. shit!

"A-anna... r-run.." i said as my surroundings started to darken.

"N-no! Snow!" She said shaking me as she tried to carry me.. but someone separated us carrying me.

"So predictable.. I'll be taking you home .. my precious wife."

I cringed at his words as my eyes rolled up and everything was.. dark.

Ray's pov.

We all started to run back after sung joo convinced us that they can handle the capital.

We arrived at the capital earlier as we met gilda and don's group with musika and sung joo along them.

When we arrived at the palace all the regents were already killed and the queen was the last one standing.

It was a hard fight but she ended up exploding herself . Barbara was injured and i know that snow would be sad if she found out about it.

I smiled at the thought of her.. damn what's wrong with me? I missed her already..

We arrived at one of the secret passageways that norman used to get to the hideout and capital . And upon arriving we saw vincent and the others waiting for us.

"I told you to not wait for me! What are you still doing here?" Norman asked them worriedly to which they only smiled.

"You said that your just behind us so we waited.. we're sorry for making you carry the burden of doing everything for us.. and we'll do what ever you want boss!" Cislo said as vincent and the others agreed.

I smiled as norman's eyes teared up a bit from happiness as we continue to head back to the hide out.

"Guys!!" We stopped upon seeing oliver and his group with the horses.. they seem to be worried.

"T-the hide out! You need to see this!" The shouted as we all mounted the horses .

We were already close to the hide out so it really wasn't that much of a travel..

And seeing a big blue glistening ice that covered the tree didnt ease my head one bit.

"W-what the heck?" I heard gilda said as she adjusted her glasses.

"Is that snow's doing?" Don said in amazement .

Even i was also amazed at how the tree was covered in icy snow... frost was even emitting off of it.

That amazement turned into horror real quick upon arriving at the entrance.. it was busted to pieces and on the other path to the woods where frozen demons.

Every demon we saw was frozen to death .

But the inside was something else.

And it made me worried.
