"What did you say?." I whispered, still processing the words

"Jessica. Please go right now. We will discuss it later."

Hands grabbed me and dragged me along inside in the house.

"Anthony." His name came out of my trembling lips.

He had dark circles around his eyes, little stubble covering his jaw, his eyes looks tired. He was a mess.

He pulled me into his arms and caressed my head.

"Are you sure it's yours?" I asked pulling away from him.

"We both did the tests and they matched. I fucked up." He said, running his fingers in his hair in stress

"Anthony. What have you decided?. What are we going to do?" I asked, looking at his hunched figure.

"I want the baby, Eun Aee." He sighed and looked up at me.

I stayed silent as he kept looking at me.

"It's my fault too. She can't have abortion. I took her to a gynecologist and they told us that she has some complications and if she does abortion it may lead to her death. So we decided to have the baby. I can't just leave her to carry the child alone when it was my mistake too." He explained to me.

I nodded my head as my heart was breaking into million pieces.

"Please Eun Aee. Don't leave me in this alone. I did a mistake and i am going to handle it." He said softly and grabbed my hands carefully, scared of what i may do in the moment.

"I need sometime to think." I told him as he caressed my hands.

"Take your time." He said, pecking my forehead.

The next two days i kept thinking what to do.

We all are humans. I am sure in this life we all have done mistakes and learned from it. We got forgiven too and moved on.

I love him. I can't leave him in this situation no matter how much i hate it

So i decided to gulp down this bitter truth down my throat no matter how badly it hurts me.

The next day, i went to study room where Anthony was doing his work.

"Hey." He said, with a smile on his face.

He wore a cute glasses which made him look like a nerd.

"Here. I brought you some juice." I have him orange juice and took a seat in front of him, holding a glass of my own.

"Past two days, I thought about all the things." I said and looked up at him.

He was already looking at me and nodded at me to continue.

"I am ready to walk down this road with you but i want you to make me a promise." I said as his eyes got watered as he heard my response.

He sniffed and nodded his head.

"We both will take her to the doctor whenever there is an appointment. She won't have any strings attached to you except for the baby. You won't do her any favors except her medical expenses." I told him loud and clear. He nodded his head and pulled me back into his arms.

"Of course. I love you, Eun Aee. I am sorry for hurting you." His voice came out muffled as he spoke in my hair.

"I love you too, Anthony"

After 8 months;

Sitting in the front seat, i looked outside the window. A soft music playing in the background as we drive towards the hospital.
