As soon as I entered to my bedroom, I shuffled around in my closet, desperately looking for the nicest clothes I owned. I've never had formal clothes, or at least many. I'm not the type of person who likes to dress up incredibly fancy to occasions, unless they're incredibly important such as a funeral, a wedding, etc.

I was able to find a collared shirt with khakis, but I realized that's a bit too fancy for this occasion. After all, I was only going out to look for clothes. I ended up putting on my t-shirt that just said t-shirt, and I slid on a pair of shorts, along with my red sneakers I wear on a daily basis. It's not the best outfit I had, but I liked it, so I just stuck with that. I exited my dorm, making sure I looked good enough to not make a fool out of myself, and for Uraraka to be impressed. I noticed her in a light purple jumpsuit, the pants being short and her shoulders being visible at the top. She looked up as soon as she noticed me in her peripheral vision, and greeted me with a welcoming smile.

"Hi!! Are you ready?" As beautiful as she was, I did my best to keep my cool. So, I inaudibly nodded in return, however I let out a small yeah afterwards. We headed out together, and discussed where we would go first. I mentioned for us to just go to a shopping mall, and she agreed. She also helped explain how that'd be easier and more efficient, so we agreed to stay there until we decided to make our way back to the dorms. We headed to a couple of different places, but only one out of them all stood out the very most. I found myself a classic, cheap tuxedo with a navy blue tie, nothing too crazy. However, Uraraka found an absolutely gorgeous dress, and the funny thing is, it matched with my tie. It's only solid color was navy blue, but it was absolutely wonderful. It was a longer dress, and had exposed her shoulders as you made your way up. The skirt wasn't too fluffy, but not too tight. It was absolutely just right. There was also a white ribbon tied around the waist to help make the dress look less bland.

"Wow... I really like this one!! It also matches with your tie Deku. Hehe!" She chuckled in a pure way, slowly turning around and looking down at her dress.

"I like that one a lot as well! I think it looks wonderful on you." Instantly, she froze which made my heart begin to race. What if she was weirded out or intimidated by me? She blushed, and lowered her hands, clutching them together. She then made direct eye contact with me, and swung back and forth on her heels.

"T-Thank you!! Your suit looks great on you as well!! Hehe.." She continued to fidget with her hands, and we stood there in silence, embarrassed out of our minds. However, we were interrupted by a woman who helped us pick out the dress.

"Hav should decided yet?" She gave us a patient smile, and the two of us nodded in sync. "Which one will it be?"

"The one I am currently wearing." Uraraka politely responded, pointing to the outfit on her. The woman nodded, and rung us up. After Uraraka took off her dress, and put on her regular clothes.

Once we left, the two of us walked back to the campus together. We had a nice conversation, filled with miscellaneous topics, such as what we planned on doing for the rest of the day, or what we think about prom coming up. Once we entered our destination, the two of us went our separate ways. She gave me a sweet goodbye, blushing a tiny bit. I was as well, and told her goodbye in return. I jumped on my bed, in shock of what happened. I kept thinking if that was considered a date...?!?! Oh no, she'd never want to go on a date with someone as geeky like me. I was too nervous and shaky for someone like her. I was just not good enough. I needed to be better. For her.

Surprisingly, the sun was already setting by the time my mind had stopped racing. I decided it would be best for me to have a tiny bit of food, before I go to bed. I cook myself a bit of miso soup, and relaxed on the couch as I was finishing up my food. Once I had finished, I cleaned out my bowl and spoon, then made my wya back to my room. I got prepared for my rest, and as soon as I finished, I'd scurried to the bed, and called it a night.
