In every break during class and all through Sunday you've been writing like you're running out of time. The creativity gods must be shining down upon you, 'cause you've been filling up pages with gorgeous wordcraft like it was nobody's buisness. A romance story unlike any other. Okay, maybe a lot like the one your Mom and Dad wrote for you, but different st the same time! Why?

Because this romance novel was based of an actual romance.

That realistic nature of raw emotion! The beauty of actual experience! Adrenaline! Romance! Drama! Passion! Everything was showcased in the words that your pencil spit out onto the page in this rough draft. You couldn't wait to type out the draft and begin revising, yet you've only written a few chapters.

A chapter in a stereotypical novel is roughly three-thousand to five-thousand words, and your average novel has about ten or twelve chapters. Youve made it through so far, yet you have so much left you want to write between these two main characters. You want it to be a slow burn, yet you want it to encompass the wholesome and happy aspects of a relationship while not keeping it overzealous and neglectant of the other sides of a romantic partnership.

You barely heard the bell for class to ring on Monday over your own thoughts swimming through your head, begging to be written down. In fact, you didn't hear it. The only thing thst broke you from your trance was Caroline tapping on your desk. She was smirking, as though she has some juicy gossip. Delilah was next to her too. Delilah? She wasn't in your class? What's going on?

"You need to spill the tea."

"Tea? What tea? I don't have any tea and I don't have any dirt on anybody."

"You're kidding right? You've got to be the most oblivious person in the entire world!"

Caroline throws her hands up in disbelief, Crossing her arms with s huff. Jeez, what's up with her? Delilah worriedly looks around to see if anyone else was gathering by your desk. When she knew the coast was clear, she leaned in to whisper to you.

"There's a rumor spreading revolving around the Host Club. Kyoya and Tamaki have been working hard to surpress it for some reason, but it's driving people crazy not to know if it's true or not."

"Rumor? What rumor? I can probably find out by tonight."

"That's the thing, (name). It's a rumor about you. Someone said that there's a YouTube video of you and one of the Hitachiin twins playing Dance Dance Revolution with w bunch of commoner's watching. Kyoya had to video taken down, but a bunch of twins' girls are rioting and demanding the truth. The Host Club isn't opening today until they find out what's goin on."

Your blood went cold. You could feel your face go as white as a sheet. Someone took a video of your date with Kaoru? Of course they did! You guys both played some inhuman DDR! Of course someone took a video! Caroline, who was now very suspicious, started talking in a low voice.

"Wait, you didn't actually go to some commoner's place with one of the twins, did you?"

Silence was all you gave them. If you denied it, they'll take your defensiveness as an answer. If you comply and admit it, they get the knowledge they want. However, they'll take your silence as an answer for yes. There's no wining. They found out. You didn't know that this was a secret, but they found out. Wow this is messy. Caroline gasped really loud, stopping some students who were on their way out the door.

"No way! You totally did, didn't you!?"

"Caroline, hush! Don't draw attention to yourself..."

Delilah frowned at her friend, letting out a frustrated breath and rubbing her temples. She made sure her voice was very quiet and not overheard, directly contrasting with Caroline. Not gonna lie, this would make a really good climactic plotpoint for your novel. This would be a predicament your two main characters could struggle with together. People are obsessed with drama, and drama sells off the shelves...
