The Alpha's Sister (Chaennie)

Chapter 12

We sit down in her living room. Nobody said anything and Suho kept avoiding Tzuyu's gaze. She turns  to me "He can't be that shy."

'Oh he is.' I type and hand it to her. She burst out laughing and Suho takes the phone from her hand.

"I am not shy you idiot." He says and tickles me on the side.

I try to contain my laughter but I let out a little sound. Tzuyu looks at me confused. I turn to Suho

"Can you translate this to her." I sign to him. He nods.

"I can make sounds but I don't formulate words. So I can laugh." He repeats that back to her and a look of understanding crosses her face.

But she starts smiling weirdly at us

"Are you guys dating?" Me and Suho quickly shake our heads.

The only person I like is Jennie. Even if she rejects me I'll still love her.

"Ok if you guys say so." she says laughing. We talk and laugh for awhile, Suho translating for me.

Until Suho suddenly looked up and then look at us embarrassed "I have to take this call." he mumbled and rushed out of the room into the hallway. I looked at the hallway concerned.

"Weird I didn't hear his phone go off."

'He has it on vibrate.' I type and hand her my phone.

"Ok So since he's gone tell me the tea. Do you wish you guys were dating? Is he not into you but you're into him? Or is it the other way around."

I look at her surprised and then typed 'No we are not dating and I don't like him and I know he doesn't like me. Anyway I'm gay.'

I look at her shyly as she read it "I'm sorry for making assumptions. God I've been so rude today." she said looking embarrassed again.

Just then Suho rushes back into the room "Rosé we need to go."

There was an urgent looking in his eyes telling me that it was important.

"There's a uh family emergency. I'm sorry we have to leave so soon."

Tzuyu stood up "It's fine. You're welcome to come back if you want."

I smile at her and Suho grabs my wrist and starts pulling me at the same time until we were out of sight of Tzuyu's house and then we shifted.

"What's happening?" I ask through the mind link.

"I don't know exactly but Jongin said Jennie super upset for some reason and he can't calm her down so he asked me if I knew where you were and I told him that you were with me working on a project. And then he told me he'd meet me at school." I start to get worried. Is Jennie ok? What was wrong? I pushed myself harder to get back and Suho easily kept up to me.

We exited the woods and I saw Jennie pacing with a stressed look on her face. As soon as I shifted back Jennie ran up to me and hugged me tightly.

"Mate."

I heard her growl. Or maybe I was just  I imagining it. I saw Suho and Jongin talking about something that looked serious closer to the building and they weren't paying attention to us.

I wish I could ask her if she's ok and what happened but I was nervous to speak. Sure I spoke to my dad but it was different I knew that he wouldn't leave me not after mom did. So instead I pulled away and signed if she was ok.

She pulled me close to her and whispered "Of course. I was worried about you. I didn't know where you were and I started freeing out."

I kissed her lightly on the cheek to let her know I was sorry. but soon she captured my lips and started kissing me.

"Jennie Rosé come on." Jongin yelled and we broke apart. And walked over to them.
