She thought of herself as a monster, an ugly creature that everyone hated and feared.
Someone who didn't deserve to love and to be loved.
There were wounds in her heart and soul,
bleeding with every little memory of the person she once was.
The demons in her head screamed
so loud,
reminding her of the hell she had lived in.
So she would wake up in the middle of the night,
cursing herself for the bad things she had done,
as if it was her fault.
