O Captain! my Captain! our fearful trip is done,
The ship has weather’d every rack, the prize we sought is won,
The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring;
But O heart! heart! heart!
O the bleeding drops of red,
Where on the deck my Captain lies,
Fallen cold and dead.

_____________
\The Captain/600 years.. oh how time flies. Society has developed quite well, but that one solitary memory of 600 years ago stays in this Captain's head so well.
It was the year of the endless struggle with the entity known as The Hive.
It was constantly evolving, changing even the smallest bit of detail in every single battle. All the stops had to be pulled, foresight ability had been rendered useless.
....To think an opponent like this still exists right now, as per to the agreement.
"You send your best, I send mine.."
"600 years will be ample time to prepare."
"Yes.."
"I await your champions, do not disappoint again."
"We're both dead..heh, next time will be different. That's my guarantee, for the sake of humanity."
"....."
____Laying in his bed, wide awake, this time the Captain can not sleep. It's funny, really. The conversation took place in an alternative plane of existence beyond time or simple matters such as life or death.
It was a space created by the queen herself, designed to entangle her child and a certain man within the realm of unending conflict. When the two beings destined to battle first met, it coincides with the Captain's very first death.
Unsurprisingly, the two saw each other upon different levels. The Captain was frightened beyond comparison, seeing an untouchable behemoth, and the Hive stared down upon a newly reborn immortal as if it was offended that such an inferior being would pose a threat to its conquest one day.
Why would the queen entrust a single human with the fate of Planet Earth? Why would same said queen allow enemies to meet each other on equal grounds?
The frustrated Captain grinds his teeth and sighs.. "Damn it, I'm starting to remember.. the time's coming closer."
But oh well, that can't be helped.. not now.
________
\Miles/"Young Miles, you are doing the right thing. This is for the safety of those you care about, please don't reveal this secret." Came a hissy voice in the dull, barely lit workshop so late at 'night.'
Miles stared at the tall, shadowed figure resembling Agent L32 rather quietly. He would question why does this strange new exercise; but if the Captain's greatest Agent says this is ok to do, why try to argue back?
"They.. they will be safe, right? This really is just another training exercise?"
Even in the dull light, the boy's eye's shone brightly to voice his concerns nonverbally. Deep inside of his gut, he didn't feel this was right. This plan the agent has set.
"I assure you, dear boy, not a hair on their bodies will be harmed."
__________
\???????/The agent silently grinned at this boy's Innocence. He's quite the gullible one, how nice. This is good, she would enjoy such innocence and take full advantage the moment she laid eyes on him.
Pink hair, rosy cheeks, glowing eyes. He doesn't know what predicament he's truly in, yet he smiles and braves on.. It's a reminder of that girl, who dares take on the appearance of her. How dare she deny the mind control!!?
"One more thing, young Miles. There is a need to keep track of you at all times. Please, take this for emergency use.. I guarantee you won't need anything else but this."
A bold red letter X was placed upon the pink haired boy's left wrist. It glows brightly, briefly causing the boy to grimace from what feels like his skin being set on fire. The boy visibly shook, his fair skin gaining more of a red tinge.
"Ah.. there, it is done. Be safe young Miles, for it is time to release the gases."
And time for some fun to begin.
_______________________________Oh it's another day today! But today is different. Today is the first time the enemy has revealed itself in an all too mysterious way.
Fellow M.O.D.S have gone missing.
Apparently an odourless sleeping gas was released throughout the dorms of our current new recruits while they slept. Their sleeps became deeper and certain, unsuspecting lives have been plucked away. No one knows where they are, everyone knows who has been kidnapped.
Loreeta,
Uriah,
Kiera,
KaidaThey must be saved. But how? No one knows where they are.. but one could be asking how this enemy though miles ahead of time.. someone helped them.
_________Meanwhile, elsewhere in an undisclosed location, our kidnappees are to awaken.
An empty metallic room greets them, but they are both bound by thick metal straps on top of autopsy tables.
They are unable to move, let alone use their powers at will. Somehow, someone has pulled the strings to have these four kidnapped.
It's time for a reality check.
Let the games begin.
