Roses aren't always red.
Violet is a shade of blue.
It's vacation time!
Time to relax, and chill out too!--
\The Captain/"Eh? Are you sure about this, Les? Won't that be expensive?"
The Captain eyed Agent L32 with more curiosity than confusion. He understands the importance of taking time off from work, but the kids really shouldn't even waste a moment to train and hone their abilities. Agent L32 knows this, so what's their reason?
Staring back at him, the agent produced a genuine smile. "I have a few reasons." They said rather proudly. The Blondie standing before the Captain was genuine, humane. This only piqued Cap's interest even more.
"We're our own privately funded government agency. Despite this fact, our budget is nearly limitless thanks to our S.T.E.M network and prior engagements with NASA." The agent explains. "What I am proposing to you is a temporary change of scenery to both give your pupils some peace of mind and a chance for your cat regimen to roam freely in a monitored, outdoor environment."
Hm..
The Captain began to think about his cats. Despite his many talents, he could hardly keep track with all of them, let alone one. All due to the fact that his cats run around in their own built-in cat sized tunnel networks. The only true ways to watch them are to place cameras and censors in certain areas of Base 1 and hope the cat's do not stray into forbidden areas.
"Oh Les, go on."
___
\Agent L32/Agent L32's smile never left their face. Even before the meeting with Cap began, they already knew what to do.
They slid two images of the following toward the Captain's way.
"I have already purchased the following two islands. One for the privacy of you and the lovely lady. And the other for the training and relaxation of both your cats and the children. We will set up games for them to play, and missions to complete. Whoever wins it all gains anything they desire from us.""Anything, hmm?" The captain asked. Agent L32 knows what Cap is thinking, the joy in their heart would probably cause them a heart attck at this moment.
"Yes, I know you enjoy a challenge. This will be a good way to give your children initiative. As a bonus, I will be leading their training trials. You will not have to lift a finger, I promise."
".... Approved, Les. Enjoy yourself with them, alright?" The Captain says, now having a smile of his own.
"I will sir, I most certainly will."
Agent L32 leaves the Captain's study, their smile growing ever brighter as their golden blonde hair began to elongate.."Because I've finally decided what my gender will be.. If only you know know, my dear Captain. If only.. just for a moment."
Agent L32 can feel their heart beat on their chest erratically. This agent is both nervous and excited..
"I need to find some clothing to wear. Hmm, maybe Erin can help me choose some outfits." They pondered on this sentence for a little while, finding it almost funny how they couldn't wait for the fun about to begin.
___________________________"RISE AND SHINE children! Today is the day we all take a well deserved break. Pack sunscreen, camping gear, and anything you can think of. Head to the training room in one hour, see you soon!"
Rang the Captain's voice over the intercom system. Clearly something is going to different today. It almost sounds like a vacation?
But why now of all times? Isn't there training to do still?
Just pack up and get ready already. Why question a possible break when the Captain knows what he's doing? You probably yearn to see the sun again anyway.
"Oh and, wear your training outfits. We need you prepared for what's to come." Added the Captain.
Of course.
