Hamwarts [Hamilton Harry Potter AU]

Chapter 2

JOHN POV

Laf, Herc and I start heading back to the dorms before I realize something.

"Wait did he say his last name was Hamilton?" I ask.

"Qui I think so. Why?" Laf ask.

"Do you think hes related to James?" I ask.

"James Madison?" Herc ask.

"No you dimwit James Hamilton. The Gryffindor prefect?" I respond. It kind of came out as a question, oops.

"Oh I forgot his last name was Hamilton," Herc responds.

"Mon ami how do you forget that?" Laf asks curiously.

"I don't know I don't talk to him much," he responds.

"Well your coming with us to ask if he knows Alex. Let's go," I add as we begin walking up that horrid staircase.

As we walk into the Gryffindor dorms Herc, Laf and I begin looking for James. When we dont see him we walk towards his friend, Richard, to see if he knows where he is.

Richard is a 5th year Gryffindor. He has short black hair and his robes are ironed at all times, not a wrinkle in sight. He is usually seen reading, doing school work, or hanging out with James. Hes nice and it's rare to see him upset. He is also a chaser and the captain for the Gryffindor quidditch team. [Based of Philip Hamilton's friend Richard Price]

"Hey Richard, do you know where James is?" I ask.

"Uh, I think hes in his room I can get him if you'd like," He says looking up from his book.

"We just need to ask him something," Herc responds.

"Okay be right back," Richard says and walks upstairs.

About three minutes later Richard walks back downstairs with James.

"Hey what did you guys need?" James ask when they stop in front of us. Richard walked away.

"We were wondering if you a third year Slytherin named Alexander," I respond.

"He prefers to be called Alex. And yes I do why do you ask?" He responds.

"Oh we meet him in the halls, we wanted to thank him. Are you two related by any chance?" Herc adds.

"Yeah we are, Alex is my younger brother," James responds, "Hey I'm having dinner with him tonight would you like to join us?"

"Sure!" I respond. Probably a bit to quickly but you know...Whatever.

"Okay. I'm leaving in five minutes for dinner," James responds walking towards Richard. This is going to be fun.

Okay so I told my friend that maybe we shouldn't talk for a bit because I thought I was the reason she was over worked and stressed and the next day we were texting back and forth like nothing happened... That was weird but needless to say we will continue to talk everyday. Au revoir mes anges.
