John POV

The next day we met up with Alex and Angie in the great hall for breakfast. They both sat at Slytherin table but they don't appear to be in the best of mood. Granted neither do any of the other Slytherins. I wonder why?

"What's wrong?" James asks.

"Nothing," Alex responds as he picks at his food. Alex pulls out a book and starts reading to avoid conversation.

James takes his book, "Well you see I know that's a lie so why don't you tell me what's wrong."

"It doesn't matter."

James looks toward Angie who just shakes her head.

We drop the subject because they clearly don't want to talk about it.

Nothing super special happened today so there really isn't any use telling you. That's right. I broke the forth wall.

[No stop]

But I'm just talking to people reading about my crazy life.

[Stop breaking the fourth wall John]

But...

[No]

Fine.

ANYWAY a few hours passed and school ended. The squad is meeting up by the lake. Alex and Angie insisted the wild Adams wouldn't come and tell them to train for quidditch. Not the day after a game. They also seemed relieved by the whole thing. Honestly I don't blame them.

We made our way to the lake and worked on homework. Nothing super exciting but at least we are doing something.

In the midst of quiet there is a load explosion coming from somewhere around the school. When we all quickly turn to see what it is we see one of the towers is on fire. Wait... is that...

"Oh my god!" James yells as he gets up and starts running towards the school.

"Wait what is it? I mean other than one of the towers being on fire," Alex asks as we run after James.

"That's Gryffindor tower," I respond. It suddenly dawns on Alex, Angie and Eliza who didn't know where Gryffindor tower was since they aren't you know, Gryffindors.

"Why would someone set a fire to the Gryffindor dorms?" Eliza asks as we run up the stairs.

"No idea," Herc yells.

As we reach the doorway to the tower, or as close as we can anyway, I'm out of breath. However I seem to be the only one. Apperently it's normal to run up flights of moving stairs when your dorm just caught fire. Who would have thought?

"What the hell happened?!" James yells.

"We don't know it just burst into flames," Mr. Washington responds.

"Well where are the Gryffindors going to stay until this is all fixed? Our dorms just randomly caught fire," James asks.

"We will discuss that at dinner. You all go back outside please," Washington says. We listen and make our way back to the lake. So much for normal, boring day.

=====

I write weird shit. But this has a purpose I swear. Sorry for the later update. Au revoir mes anges.
