"It happened when Marinette was at home crying her eyes out when she watched the news that Nadja Chamack announced that Adrien was dating Lila and suddenly when one of Hawkmoth's akumas just . . . just akumatized her."

Before Tikki could carry on, Adrien heard something, and when he looked up, he saw Carapace with Rena Rouge and Queen Bee. He had explained to the female superheroines everything that went down during their comatose state. The trio had made a plan to protect Adrien at all costs while trying to defend him from Lady Fortune.

"I don't need to be protected."

"Adrien, don't you know how dangerous akumatized people can be?! She's not Marinette, at least not mentally, and you need to understand that! She's not going to listen to you!" Queen Bee argues back against the blonde male's statement, who still looked stunned and shocked that this was partially his fault. However, one thing that he was certain that about that was Lila played a much bigger role than he did.

"Look, I know she won't hurt me. I'm sure of it." He flashes a smile at the three heroes. But none of them seems convinced. Instead, it seemed to put them further on edge.

"Adrien, we've fought people, who tried to kill others, tried to kill US and destroyed half the city! You're not safe because you're Paris' best model! In fact that means you're in even MORE danger!" The boy flinched back at the sudden yell, not getting a chance to argue back before the next command is said.

"Now, you're going to come with me." Queen Bee smiles smugly, the fox-themed supeheroine cleared her throat, gaining the group's attention.

"Right. Chlo- I mean, Queen Bee, Carapace, you two stay with Adrien and keep him safe. I'm going to hold off Marinette and keep her distracted." They nod and Rena Rouge quickly jumps over to the next building.

"Follow me!" Queen Bee demands grabbing the model's arm and begins yanking him the other way.

"You're going to be SO safe where we're taking you. You'll be more protected than the Mona Lisa!" Her statement is accompanied by a smile, earning a nervous chuckle from the male.

"Yeah, don't worry, you're not leaving our sight!" The turtle confirms, the latter part of his claim causing a wave of anxiousness to move over Adrien. If they're watching him, he can't transform.

Tugging on the female's grasp, he manages to stop the journey. "Look, I appreciate the concern but I'm gonna be fine! Really!"

The heroes turn to him, looking annoyed. "Adrien! You're in serious danger! Don't you get that? Marinette is going to hurt you! Badly! How many times do you think a heart can break?!"

A twinge of guilt makes Adrien look away, angered at what the liar has done. It wasn't his fault, it was an illusion. He'd never date Lila.

"Still, she doesn't seem that focused on me, -". The turtle cuts him off.

"Adrien, you're her main target." A sigh escapes his lips, looking back to the heroes.

"Listen, just take me back to my mansion and leave me there." They share a glance, Carapace shakes his head.

"Sorry, but that's too obvious. I'll think you'll be better off at the school."

Adrien again tries to protest, raising a hand, but before he can say anything, he is again being dragged away.
