Chapter 12 : Love me now

P.O.V : Donghyuck .

It feels good to be home , breathing korean air is another form of satisfaction !
No more language barrier , no more useless racist comments , no more "oh are you bts?"
As much as i enjoyed our tour , i really wanted to be home , in south Korea ,I missed the smell of our traditional food , the sound kpop songs being played in public places and the warmth of the dreamies .
We just got our passports checked and we were now heading to our cars while passing through a tunnel of dispatch photographs and sasaengs .
They were literally squeezing us , Taeil hyung was holding my hand firmly agains his until we finally got out of the airport leaving our bodyguards to take care of the crowd .
After settling the matter of which car to take , i quickly went to my manager and asked him :
-Can you drop me at the dream dorm?

-Hyuck what no ? Are you serious i'm not letting you go there alone .

Mission avoiding Mark for the 3 last days just failed .
It was successful until he was now having both of his hands on my shoulder trying to knock some sense into me while the shaking the life out of me .

-Mark calm down, he can go wherever he want as long as he is early for tomorrow's practice since you're coming back on the 25th .
Totally forgot about superhuman's comeback .

-Mark, i need to fix things with them , and in order to do that i don't have to keep avoiding them for the rest of my life . Don't worry about me .
I said while putting my hand on Marks in order to calm him down .

-Yeah you don't want to avoid them anymore but you're doing a great job avoiding me .

So he noticed after all .

-Mark can we talk about this inside the car people are watching .
I said while hugging him because one of the sasaengs was recording us , and i don't want to see a markhyuck spring fight trending in twitter this afternoon .
Thankfully Mark was quick witted and hugged me back .
The poor manager was still standing next to us not understanding what just happened in front of him .

After the small argument , we got into the car and sat at the back so that we can have more privacy .
I wasn't ready to open up to Mark , but it should be done , i treasure him more than anyone and i don't want to lose him .
Luckily our managers took a different car ,and the only members that are riding with us are Taeyong and Doyoung hyung so we won't be disturbed .

-So tell me .
Why have you been avoiding like i was some sort of plague ?

-Mark hyung , i'm gonna be completely honest with you since you mean a lot of me and i don't want to lose you because of whatever is happening inside of me.
So it has been a while since i've started feeling weird around you, i started getting flustered and blush when you literally just breath. I didn't think about it a lot until i started hating anyone that started skin ship with you .
But when i decided to take control of whatever emotion that was inside of me ,you started acting differently and kept giving me mixed signals and then you kissed me .I...

-Wait you guys kissed !
Shouted Taeyong hyung .

-That explains the sexual tension back at Marks house .
Stated Doyoung .

-Doyoung hyung let me finish and please at least act as if you're not listening this is a private conversation .
So i was saying , you kissed me and i couldn't bring myself to ask you about the meaning of the kiss because i enjoyed it and i really like you Mark lee .
So i avoided you these days to think about what's happening to us and to make myself ready to the possibility of you rejecting me because people tend to break my heart since i'm not that likable after all and i really don't want to lose you because you're my bestf...

I was interrupted by a pair of soft lips against mine , and i immediately kissed back but i quickly sat a distance between us because i wasn't a fan of public display of affection especially in front of the hyungs .
I mean they're such a tease !

-Now it's my time to talk .
Hyuck , i know you're smart but sometimes you're just too dense .
I've had feelings for you before you even started dating Jeno .So when you two broke up , and as much as i hated seeing you in that state i couldn't help myself but start hitting on you because it was my last chance which explains why i gave you mixed signals and i'm sorry if i confused you.
I love you so much lee Donghyuck and i'm not letting you go whether you like it or not .
Your my boyfriend now and that's final!

I couldn't believe my ears , Mark had feelings for me for such a long time and he didn't do anything about it , he didn't even tell me.
I feel so bad for not noticing , but now it makes sense , Mark never approved of Jeno as my boyfriend .
They were good friends until their big fight one day and they started hating each others guts .
Without even realizing so i felt mark warm hands on my cheek while he used his thumb to wipe my tears away .

i'm so sorry .
I said between sobs .
I don't deserve someone like you ..
I didn't even consider your feelings .
I don't know how to make it up to you !
You might have suffered a lot , i'm so so sorry for taking so long to love you back!

He replied while pressing a soft peck on my forehead.

And it felt so right , is this what pure love felt like ?
Because it feels like paradise.

Stated Doyoung while turning off his camera and high fiving Taeyong .
These two fight all the time but when you team them up , they could literally ruin you.

-Heachan you arrived ,would you like to cross the street or should i turn around the car for you .
Wondered the driver.
-No , it's okay i will cross the street . Bye hyungs see you tomorrow .

-Hyuck you sure you can do this ? I can go with you if you want ?

-Mark don't worry about me i've got to do this .
I reassured him and gave him one last kiss before leaving the van and running towards the building.

It's gonna be a long ass night...
