"Mom!" I waited for a response and my door opened seconds later. She had her hair down and had a t shirt on - which was rare. "I have something very important to ask you." I sat up and she leaned against the doorway, a small smile on her lips and an eyebrow raised. "And what is that?"

"Can I meet up with someone?"

"Someone who?"

"....from the internet."

She said, and I quote, "what the hell?" And then she said "frank, no." At the end of her lecture

Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

I knooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow

Dude I refuse to be down in miami and not see you we're doing this shit

I blushed and bit my lip. He really wanted to see me. I could just see him now, running up to my door and then all his hyperactiveness gone because he gets nervous. Okay, well, maybe he won't be nervous if his personality - as I read it - is anything to go by.

How? I don't drive or have money to catch a bus to your area. Literally the only way is if we meet up at the mall. You're SO CLOSE TO ME FUCK MY LIFE

I know it sucks dick. Dude we're gonna see each other idec

Same we need to make up excuses to go to the mall since it's like...a sort of halfway point - and I literally just thought of one

What

Christmas show @ school and I need the right attire

Wait but why would you be in it????

Uhhh reciting some lame ass poems I guess I don't fucking know does it mATTER WE'LL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF MEETING UP

Mhmmm....brb

I sighed, a little frustrated because of my mom, and ran a hand down my face. I know she's thinking about all the consequences but it's just Gerard. She could even come with me to meet him. I don't care. I just want to see him and know he's real (I already know he is but seeing him in the flesh is kind of mind blowing still). I just really wanted to see him before he went back to Orlando - where my chances of seeing him slimmed down to 0%.

I even had a present for him. I mean, it was just a card that I'd scribbled some poetry inside, but it was about him and it was something I'd never done before. I hoped it'd be enough.

Today was the day I've been dreading yet looking forward to for the last few weeks.

Christmas.

As always, my parents decided we'd go out - but not to a friend's house. We were going to watch 2 movies at the mall and then go eat at Johnny Rockets - which was also inside the mall.

The mall.

The mall.

When I told Gerard he gasped so loudly I actually winced. "You convinced them?!" He asked. "Yep. I had to like, really play off my 'I'm going to be so bored, let's just do something together' card, though. It was kinda awkward but WHO CARES?"

"Not me."

"Me neither. When are you gonna be there?" I smiled, blushing as I walked past some girl who had eyed me when I yelled into my phone. "I think she said around 2. Mikey wants to get some new games from Gamestop and my mom wants to check up on some jewelry and my dad and Mikey need some new pants and shoes for later tonight." He explained. "Oh yeah. The party thing," I nodded. "We're gonna leave around that time, too." I looked both ways before I crossed the street, only about a minute from my house now. I had went over to Hannah's house to see if she was home but she wasn't there. I didn't call her beforehand though because this way I could just still walk in even if she gave me some lame excuse. Her and her mom never go out on Christmas Day. They do something the day after.
