*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP

I groaned as I heard me alarm clock beeping. I turned to reach for my clock to stop it from beeping. It's was currently 5am I made sure to always get an early start to the day so for my training. I slowly rolled out of bed got dressed into some sweat pants, a sports bra and sneakers so I could go for a quick early morning run.

(After the run...coz I'm lazy^^)

After my run I decided to go this little convenient store that was on my block so I could get a drink of water. As I walked into the store I saw a familiar face looking at me with a wide smile.

Coach Ukai...?

"Hello (y/n) didn't expect to see you here this early in the morning" he said with a wide smile.

I didn't expect to see you here at all...

I thought staring at the male with a stoic look on my face.

"Do you work here?" I asked staring at him a little confused.

"Yep, this is my day job gotta pay the bills somehow kid" he exclaimed.

"So what brings you here so early before school?" He asked tilting his head out if curiosity.

"Oh...I just went for a quick run before school" I said in my normal monotone voice walking towards him.

"Well you look like you haven't broken a sweat kid how long was the run" he asked.

"Hmm" I said putting me thumb and index finger on my chill calmly thinking.

"About a mile I think..." i said blankly.

"Damn kid you look like you practically walked that you must have some pretty good stamina, that'll come in handy for volley ball." He said giving me a smirk.

"I guess..." I exclaimed walking towards the drinks and getting out a cold water beverage walking back to the men.

"Speaking of..." he said with and even bigger smirk on his face.

"You have your three on three match with kageyama, Hinata and tanaka today so make sure to bring your A game ok and don't underestimate the shorty you'll surprised how much power he has in that little body of his" he stated giving me a thumbs up.

Perhaps you should underestimate me...

I thought in my head secretly giving him a sadistic look. Before quickly snapping out of it and going back to my normal stoic look.

"Yes sir I will do my best, I think I should get going now I don't want to be late for school" I said blankly staring before paying for my beverage.

"No worries looking forward to seeing what you can do on the court kid" he said waving me good bye.

I waved back then exited the store, I was trying the get the bottle cap open and wasn't paying attention to my surroundings so when I turned to walk around the corner I bumped into a hard object knocking me back a bit. After I steadied myself I looked up to see what or who I bumped into.

I thought blankly staring at the large male in front of me. He looked down at me with a stoic look on his face much like mine. He had short brownish greenish hair and dark green eyes. He was wearing a school uniform but he looked to be a third year judging by his looks and height.

Hmm not karasunos uniform...wonder what school he goes to
