(y/n)'s POV
I got into the same position as last match took a deep breath and stared straight at hinata, no one but him. He turned to look at me and saw that I was staring at him kind of intensely he looked a little red in the face like he was embarrassed that I was staring at him and a little uncomfortable, he turned his head so he wasn't looking at me anymore. I on the other hand kept staring.

He's the one I should keep my eye on...

I thought staring blankly at the shorter boy. It was now my side to serve the ball since I kind of wanted to play a little longer I didn't serve the ball instead I let Daichi serve. As Daichi served the ball my eyes stuck to the orange haired boy monitoring his every move. Daichi served a decent serve nothing father would approve of of course but it went over the net, Tanaka ran to receive the ball, which he did with ease as expected. After Tanaka received the ball kageyama was ready to set the ball to hinata.

Which way will he set

I thought with the same blank expressionless look on my face. My eyes focused on kageyama and hinata. Hinata ran to left and jump almost higher then the net. I ran the the left and tskukishima following me I was about to jump following tsukishimas actions, but something was off.

Where's the ball....?

My eyes quickly darted to Tanaka who was quickly jumping to spike the ball, I quickly sprinted to the the other end of the court, tsukishima giving the side eye. As I got to the other end of the court I quickly and accurately jumped to block Tanaka spike. And I did with ease.

Again kageyama and hinata looked defeated to think a completely new player who hasn't even seen the quick attacks and special moves could block their attacks to easily. Hinata looked a little sad at first but quickly snapped out of it almost like I lit a fire under his ass.
Kageyama just stood there in shock for a little bit then started arguing with hinata for not putting all his effort in and of course hinata argued back. Tanaka just screamed.

"WHAAAAT!" He yelled at the top of his lounges staring at his hands.

"H-how did you block that u were clearly on the complete opposite end of the court yet you sit blocked our spikes...AGIAN!" Tanaka screeched, you winced a little at the skinheads yelling almost annoyed.

So loud...

I thought staring at the over dramatic boy whaling around like an idiot, you almost found it a little amusing. You looked around the gym and again all you got were stares of awe from everyone, well almost everyone in gym.

"Well done (y/n), you really know your way around the court" daichi said patting my back gently. I just looked at the older male with my normal blank stare at first.

Hmm what do I do, do I hug him or something...?

I don't think he will care it's just a hug thats how you show affection to your teammates right?

I thought staring up at the male expressionless, his hand still grazing my back and a warm closed eyed smile on his face. I faced him and he looked down at me smile still on his face until he felt unformiliar arms snakes around torso and his eyes grew wide as I pressed my body against the teens muscular figure.

"Thank you daichi" I said my face pressing against his muscular chest.

Why does he smell so good...

As I pulled away and looked up the guy was a blushing mess, face as red as a tomato and mumbling nonsense.

Daichi's POV

As I praised (y/n) I felt a pair of arms slowly make their way around my torso, my eyes shot open from my normal warm hearted smile. And I felt her body slowly pressing against my own.

W-what is she doing!

I internally screamed as I felt the smaller girls body fully pressed against mine. I could feel two soft pillow like things pressed against me. I tried to think clean thoughts but it was hard especially with what she was wearing.

D-down boy DOWN!

I thought trying not to think about ANYTHING at this point.

"Thank you daichi" was all (y/n) said before feeling her arms slowly leave my body leaving feeling a little empty.

I couldn't think straight I was blushing mess I tried to make out words but all that came out my mouth was mumbles and gibberish. I quickly stopped myself from making a bigger fool out of myself and looked a the small girl. Her face was as expressionless as always.

S-she wasn't fazed by that at ALL

I was a little taken back but I guess this is just how she is I quickly composed myself and cleared my throat and finally made out some words.

"I-it's ok no need to thank me" I said scratching my pink shaded cheek with my usual closed eyed smile.

Back to (y/n)'s POV

I looked up at the older teen blankly and nodded. As I turned all I got were jaws on the ground and all daichii got were glares from all directions of the gym.

Why do they look like that...

I thought a little confused. I was snapped out of my thoughts with a loud clap coming from the coach.

"Ok i think I've seen enough" he said with an expressionless look on his face. He walked over to me and put a hand on my shoulder. I looked up at the older man a little confused.

"(Y/n)..."

"Welcome to the team" he said with a toothy grin.
