Same day but with the team...
Robin had hoped that the girls would be okay and willing to meet them soon. He wanted to get to know more about them and from what he'd discovered in the files from the lab, they weren't any trouble unless threatened to be taken away from each other.
Aqualad approaches the boy wonder. "How'd you go with some research on the girls? Find anything of interest to us?" He questions his friend curious to what may help them. He himself had been hoping to properly meet the girls soon as well, instead of that brief moment where he almost cause a panic attack for the girl, who he learned, goes by the name of Moonari.
"So far, it's just notes on how they reacted to different environments and different levels of stress. In addition, they don't usually cause trouble unless forced apart which would cause them to go to any length to reunite with each other. A literal sister bond if that makes more sense." Robin explained and looked at him, "but these notes keep referring to two separate people but doesn't name them and it's not the girls either."
Kaldur listens in with a couple of nods. "Interesting. Well I can assure that we won't be separating them. But what do you mean by that last comment?" He questions not fully understanding.
"I don't yet know but I do still have some notes to go through so maybe... I'll be able to find the answers if I dig further. For now, it's all I have" Robin informed the Atlantian hero. "Still, the girls will be happy to know that they won't be separated" he added.
Kaldur smiles, "Keep on working at it Robin. You're doing great, like always. I am sure you'll find something else to add" He encourages the boy wonder before mentioning even through he know it will be ignored. "Make sure you look after yourself through."
"Uh huh, I'll get right on that." Robin muttered, having tuned out again as he continued working on the notes and other information that was located in the lab and on the drives as well. At least, all the stuff he had managed to download.
Wally looked over, "Kaldur, it's useless. Once he's in the zone, it's impossible to pull him away." he called over from the bar counter that was near the kitchen, seeing the interaction.
Kaldur shrugs, "I know it is my friend, but one can only try. I don't like him pushing himself. He puts way to much pressure on himself, it's worrying." Afterwards Kaldur starts to walk towards Wally in the kitchen to talk with the speedster.
"But, what has he gotten so far because I know that he's only been working on it for a couple of days and he has weeks, if not months, of notes to decrypt and decipher." Wally commented to him.
Kaldur sighs. "Indeed Wally, he has a lot of work... and sadly, until it is finished. He won't stop pushing himself." He admits to Wally about Robins situation.
"Oh, we'll figure out a way to get him to take breaks and if we don't, Batman will." Wally reminded. He was well aware that one of the few people who could get Robin to do what he needed was the Dark Knight.
Kaldur slightly chuckles, "Indeed the Dark Knight would convince Robin to take a break. But let's hope it doesn't come to that. Afterall, Batman doesn't really know the situation about the girls either." He pauses for a moment before remembering, "Which reminds me, I need to inform Canary that they have settled enough and she should be able to go visit them to start some rehabilitation." He reminds himself.
"I'm fairly certain that Canary already informed the rest of the league about this development with the girls. So it doesn't really matter if Batman knows or not because he'll still get Robin to stop." Wally informed, "but you still should let Canary know about the girls."
Kaldur nods. "That is true. The league will have already been informed. Now if you don't mind, I am going to visit Canary." He informs the speedster before turning on his heel to head in the direction of Canary's office.
Wally gives him a wave and turned back to watching the news that was on about the weather, traffic, and just politics around the world in general.
Canary was just filing away the files she had on all the team. She liked to keep them in order and liked to keep track of their progress and mental state. After the simulation, it had worried her that any of them might relapse as it's been known to happen.
Kaldur knocks on the door of Canary's office before walking in, even before she could say come in. He approaches the blonde hair women, neutral face like usual.
Black Canary looked over at him, "Kaldur. What can I do for you?" She asked him and put the last file away before closing the drawer.
Kaldur gives a greeting nod with his hands behind his back as he tells Canary. "I'd just thought I'd inform you that the girls seemed to be recovering well from what I have heard from Artemis, Zatanna and Megan. You should be able to visit them soon for a proper meeting." He formally replies.
"Thank you Kaldur. I will make sure to pay the two a visit as soon when I can and as soon as they are ready and more able to move around. I have also noticed that they don't leave each other sides." Canary nods, knowing that the sooner she payed a visit, the better it would be for them all.
Kaldur nods, "Indeed that is true. Robin even found some information from files in the place they were contained in. It mentioned to never take them apart as they would do everything and anything to stay together." He relays the information Robin told him just earlier.
"Then we won't seperate them. The bond they share is rare to come by and seeing them so close like that just makes me smile. I appreciate the update Kaldur. Was that all?" Canary asked him, heading back over to her desk and sitting down behind it, looking at him.
Kaldur goes to nod his head but changes to a shake thinking about Robin. "I am worried about Robin, he is pushing himself to much and it's stressing him. I can tell." He honestly spills his worry about his friend
Canary hummed. "Robin likes to work hard. He just wants to prove that he's just as good of a detective as Batman. That is the only family he has known since he was 9 so living up to that standard is hard for him to do" she explained to him. "I will speak with him and try to convince him to take it easy and not push himself but I honestly doubt it'll make a difference."
Kaldur sighs and nods. "Thank you, I know it won't do much but it's better then nothing." He honestly comments before finally turning to leave the room. Their conversation had ended after all.
Canary sighs and gathers her thoughts on what to do and how to talk to everyone she needed to at this moment. Well, not this current moment but eventually she would have to talk to those who needed her or those that others were worried about. Mostly Robin, Moonari, and Scarlett.
