Start of Something New

"This could be the start of something new it feels so right to be here with you."

an: some pov's are short as fuck but I needed a way to get them in.

Clara's Pov 

It was the next morning and I was excited for two reasons. One being the ball is soon and two I get to hang out with Chloe's friends again today. They were all very nice and interesting but I especially liked Space. She seemed different than the rest but in a good way.  I got ready in my best casual clothes. I wasn't quite sure of where Chloe or my sister were so I wondered around looking for them. While walking down one of the many hallways I bump into the prince.

"Omg I'm so sorry." I quickly say 

"No worries I wasn't paying attention." Timothee explains

"Have you by any chance seen Chloe anywhere were going somewhere?" 

"Actually yes, I was just with her. She's down in the sitting area." 

"Okay thanks." 

As I walk away I think about how I don't even want to marry him anymore. It seems off to like him. I think it was all the talk that made me like him, but now I see he's just ordinary. I walk down to the sitting area and see Chloe. 

"Hey." Chloe says 

"Hi. Wheres my sister?" 

"She said she wasn't in the mood to hang out with all our friends today." 

"Oh." 

"Anyways are you ready to go?"

"Sure." 

We walk out the palace gates and head towards our friends. We walk and mess around until we get there. No one else is there yet but we don't mind. We sat around for awhile until Space showed up. I wondered where Kailie was until my question was answered. 

"Chloe, Kailie needs our help she got stuck." Space says unexpectedly. 

"What?" Chloe laughs out. 

"She got stuck and needs us to help." 

Chloe looks at me then at Space and says this. 

"I'll go help. Why don't you and Space start learning how to dance." 

"wha?" I basically screech out. 

Chloe looks at me like she somehow knows my feelings and gives me a supportive nod before walking away. There was an awkward couple of moments of silence. Of Space and I both thinking. 

"Um I guess we should probably start learning right?" Space breaks the silence with.

"Oh uh yeah right." I respond. We both stand up and almost run into one another. "Okay so for a female you'll kinda grab my hand and then my shoulder." 

"Oh um alright." Space says as she proceeds to do so. 

I start taking her through the motions of how to dance. It started off awkward but as we went on we both became more loose. I can't tell if subconsciously Space moved in closer and if I pulled her closer.  We both were overcome with thoughts and both just looked down at our feet. We danced for a while that is until the others besides Chloe and Kailie showed up. 

Kailies Pov 

Of course I had to be the one that had to get stuck. I don't even know how it happened. A second Space and I were walking, then a second later my foot gets stuck. I told Space to go get the others for help. I was expecting all of them but the only one who came was Chloe.
