Liam's POV
I am now in the dining area reading some files because i want to distract myself from unexpected news cause until now i was still shock, knowing i had a brain tumor. It interrupted my thoughts when my phone buzz knowing that someone's calling i saw the caller ID it was Jennie when i saw my maid Lara i sign her to come to me and she immediately follow and i gave her my phone and she look into me confusing "Take that call tell Jennie that i am with someone right now okay?" I said to her because I can't talk to her knowing it's still hurts." I just want to have some time to heal my wounds okay? And Lara get my phone and take the call "Hello?" Lara said I didn't bother what are they talking about because I focus on the files that i was reading early. When Lara finish answering the call i ask her why she's calling? And she said that "Ma'am Jennie is asking who is that someone you are talking about and i said that you didn't allow me say who is it." And i nod to her and i gesture her to continue what is she doing earlier and she followed what i did, and i continue what i did earlier. After reading the files i went to my room to take a shower after that i go to my closet to wear a comfy pajama and i go to my bed and sleep...
When i woke up i immediately get up and go to my bathroom to take a bath and go to my closet to pick a business attire and when I already pick it i go down and say good morning to my mom and dad and have a breakfast with them when i'm about to go to my office my dad call me and said "go back home at 7:00 pm in the evening because we will having a dinner with a special guest and we have an announcement." He said in a serious tone "okay dad" i said to him and i go to the parking lot to take my car and I immediately go to my office. When I arrive at my company at exactly 8 am my employees look into me and said good morning and i just nod into them and when I reach my private elevator I immediately push the last button which is my office.
When I arrive at my office I call my secretary to ask what is my schedule for this day. "By this sir you have a meeting with Mr.Lee for the partnership at 10 am and to Mr.Kim for the branch that you two talking about and you need to sign those file there." She point the files in my table and "and after that sir you are free." She said "can you please make some coffee for me? Thank you" i said then i go to my desk to start my work before it 7 pm cause I don't want to offend my father, while I'm reading the files there is someone knocking at my door "come in!" I said and "here is your coffee sir." My secretary said "thanks you may go now i said." And she go back to her sit to start working.
When I finally finish all my works i look into the clock i was 6:30 pm already so i get my things "Hanna?!!" I call my secretary "Yes sir?" She ask "I'm going home now please take care the other files for me because i have an important visitor this evening okay?" I said "Okay sir." She said and I immediately go to the elevator and push the ground button and go to the parking lot and I immediately go to home. While i was driving my phone buzz and look who is the caller and it was Jennie i just ignore it like i always did, it's been a week since I didn't bother to take her calls because it hurt me and it wasn't a joke for not taking her calls because i miss everything about her. Her voice, cuddles, hugs and specially her gummy smile i miss all of it about her but i am forcing my self to ignore it and do what I really want to do and it is to move on from her.
