Confussed.

I got up showered and got dressed my parents where now home. I herd my dad leave for work and my mom was now about to go. "Morning mama" i kissed her and smiled. "Honey have robert for dinner today your having dinner with the recruiter here" i looked down. "I havent told him im thinking about it because i have options. Mama theres always the academy too." She nodded. "But your engaged and its important for him to know." I nodded knowing it was true. I grabbed a banana and headed to school. When i got there robert was already waiting for me. I got out and kissed him. The boys hugged me and zaraya and layla came a little after i did. "Can you come to dinner tonight." I asked robert looking down. "Yeah whats happening tonight." He asked curious. "My recruiter is coming to dinner." He looked at me his smile faded a bit. "Like a military recruiter?" I nodded and his eyes watered. "I thought you wanted to be a paramedic pay" "i did i can still study medicine with them" i replied. "Your ganna leave across the damn country" he said a bit louder. "Robert stop i have options i can go into the police academy and stay here too" i hugged him and kissed him whipping the few tears that had rolled down his cheeks. "I dont want you to leave me" he said and it broke my heart to hear him like that. I looked at the boys and they where just staring not knowing wat was happening. "Lets just hang out and we can go ahead and talk later." He nodded.

After school.
I walked out of class and to my car. To see robert arguing with steph in his car. "See u tonight" i said opening and slamming stephs door. "Wait pay" i turned around. "Go fix your issues ill see you later" i got in my car and left.

Roberts pov
"Steph get out of my car" i looked at her. "Robert this can work though. Come on you really think shes the one" i got mad. "Yea i do" i said the door opened and pay looked at me "see you tonight" before slamming stephs door. I got off and she stopped. "Go fix your issues ill see you later" she said and drove off. I got in my jeep and looked at steph "grow up im engaged and there is nothing you can do i love her so stop  idk if you think im ganna cheat because im not okay"
Her eyes watered. "Shes ganna pay for this" she looked at me and spammed my door.

Pays pov
I got hom got showered and got dressed for dinner. (Top pic) i set the table and sat with my mom in the kitchen i herd a knock and saw steph  "you win he loves you he wont even let me be near him." I felt good but seeing her like this made me feel bad. "Come inside." I took her to the guest room and layed her down she was drunk. "Mama its okay" my mom was ganna call her parents but i told her it would be okay. I closed the door and herd a knock. I opened it and saw my recruiter. "Come on in" i smiled and let him take a seat. "So ms. Rodriguez your test score was high and by your athletic record there is no question you're in" i smiled and we talked a bit more. I was hoping robert would come. We finished eating and my recruiter got up. "Ill keep in touch with you rodriguez it was a pleasure meeting your family." I nodded. "Thank you sir" i shook his hand and walked him out i picked up the table and cleaned with my mom. I walked upstairs to my room and laid down. I was falling asleep until i herd my phone ring. "Hello?" I said sleepy. "Pay im outside can we talk" i walked down and opened my door. "Come in." I said walking back upstairs. "Im really sorry i didnt come i just didnt want to be here if you decided to go i couldnt stand it" i sat on my bed tired without the energy to argue. "Robert im confused idk what i want okay i wanted you to be here for me but rn i just want to sleep steph is passed out in the guest room" i said tired i wasnt mad i just didnt have the energy. "Why is she here?" I nodded i didnt know. "But let her sleep she knocked the door before the recruiter came and she was drunk crying telling me i won that you love me and that there is nothing she can do" i said looking at him. "Ill talk to you tomorrow okay" i said taking off my pants and turning to my window my eyes filled with tears when i felt him lay behind me and wrap his arms around me. "I love you im not leaving." I nodded and put my hand over his and we fell asleep.
