~Kaylie P.O.V~

It has been 9-teen days since seventeen and cross-bow have moved in together and I was not happy with who I had as a roommate. They put Jun and I into a room together. It was suffocating. Ever since the party, there was absolutely nothing but awkwardness and angry glances shared between us. When we got home everyone went there separate ways as per usual to do homework. I decided to do mine in my room. But unluckily for me so did Jun. We sat silently in our room trying to focus on homework. But of course, my mind had to wander back to that night that my heart broke more than it already was.

~Flashback to the party~

Jun hasn't spoken a word to me since we got inside the party. I needed to find a way to ask him about the past and if he was Junhui. Then, I needed to find out more about the day I was turned. I tried a few times to get him to talk to me but they didn't work. When I was about to give up trying we ran into The8 and Silver. While The8 and Jun were talking about something random, I was filling Silve in on my situation.

"You know, if you can get ahold of his hand or wrist you can use your powers to search his memories for what you want to know,"

She informed me. I didn't even think of that. I smiled and thanked her. We chatted for a little bit longer before The8 asked her to go get water with him because neither of them drinks alcohol.

So Jun and I continued around the party more while I decided how to put my plan into action. After a while, I tripped over something and yelped as I fell. Jun was quick to come over and help me up. When e lent his hand to me I used my powers to search his memories. OMG! It's HIM! When I snapped out of it I looked at his face to see him looking very mad. But he wasn't looking at me. He was looking at a group of guys who looked like trouble. They were also looking at me like I was their next meal. Gross. That's when we smelt it. Blood. Both mine and Jun's eyes turned red. He quickly grabbed my wrist and dragged me out of the living room. We ended up in the dance room. He shut the door as I went over and leaned on the wall to try to calm myself. We were silent again.

"Jun-"

"Shut it!"

His voice was low and sharp. I've never seen him like this. I didn't recognize him like this. It scared me. I hadn't noticed but I started to silently cry. I hide my face away from him and backed more into the wall, afraid he was annoyed by my presence. I heard him sigh. Then he slowly walked over to where I was sitting and leaned down to be my height. I didn't look at him. I kept my head down so he couldn't see how pathetic I looked while crying. He gently lifted my chin so I was looking at him a wiped my tears off my cheek.

"Shh. Don't cry. I'm sorry Kaylie. I didn't mean to sound like that. Please, stop crying. I'm sorry,"

He spoke in the same mental and soft tone that I remember. It made the tears stream more. When he realized I wasn't stopping he pulled me into a tight hug and mentally rubbed my back in calming circles while whispering sweet nothings.

"Jun? Why did you leave me?"

He stopped and looked at me with shock written on his face.

"What?"

"You left me. You turned me then left me. Why did you leave me?"

He was still standing there shocked but just as he was about to speak the door opened.
