A/N: This part starts in Kaylie's P.O.V and is a flashback so sorry for the confusion if you experience any.

~Kaylie P.O.V~

-Flashback September 1814-

The fire was blazing in every direction you could look. Blood splattered on all the walls. People screaming and running. Bodies lay on the ground lifeless. Through everything that was happening, I lost him. I couldn't see him anywhere. I tried calling for him hoping he'd hear me and come find me. I screamed and cried. He wouldn't leave me. There's no way he would. Unless he was like our families. Dead. No, he wasn't, I know it. He's here I just need to find him. I ran to find him but no matter where I looked he wasn't there. But I did find something else. It had pale skin, deep red eyes and sharp teeth that dripped with blood. I know I fucked up now. I screamed his name but he didn't come. The creature came towards me but I could not move. I was stuck. I was scared. I looked into its eyes and was in a trance. Its eyes were so captivating. Even though it was getting closer I was getting calmer. Then it stepped into the light and my breath hitched in my throat. He came close enough I could feel his cold breath hitting my neck. I felt him blow on my neck and I shivered. Then I felt a sharp pain in my neck and all I could do was draw out one final whisper. I called his name as a final goodbye to the one that I love. "Jun,"

-Present time-

I was pulled out of my daze when Silver shook me and told me we were home. I could see the concern on her face. Probably because I have been spacing out ever since I heard that name again. Jun. I can't get him out of my head. He looks the exact same as back then. I was so confused. Why after all of these years does he make an appearance now? I'm so confused, frustrated, and oddly happy at the same time I can't concentrate on anything else and I'm scared.

"Unnie are you ok? You've been spacing out since we met seventeen." Silver asked with concern as soon as we got to our shared room in the dorm. I know she is worried because I never do this. We always have long conversations after school even if it's about the stupidest shit. But I've been silent. Silve is my best friend so I know I can trust her with this. So, I decided to confide in my most trusted angel for help.

"Okay im going to tell you something and you can't freak out got it?" She nodded so i continued. "My real name is Kanglyn Na and I was not born in Korea." Her eyes slightly widened but she still nodded indicating for me to continue. "Both of my parents are Korean but they went to China because they were a doctor and nurse and volunteered in a small village that had none. The catch to that part is this was in the 1790s." Yet again, I stopped to see her reaction and still, she was listening closely to the story. "On January 21st, 1796, they had me. I grew up there. I had many friends. But there was always someone who I was closest too and grew to love with all my heart. His name was Moon Junhui or Jun for short."

"That's why you seemed to become numb when that guy said his name up on the roof. You remembered your friend or lover sorry. But wait. I thought you were born in 1996?"

"Well yes and no. In 1996 I had to start over in a new place because I don't age. That is the year I chose because it is kinda close to my real birth year. But now in this school, it's not that important but I still, prefer to say my birth year is 1996."

"Okay, I understand now. But unnie do you mind expanding on your story a little more before we need to leave for the party tonight please?"

"What party?"

"Oh yeah, you were spacing out heard so i guess you wouldn't have heard. Seventeen invited us to a party at their house tonight because it's Friday."

"Oh ok. Umm...who all is going?"

"Monsta x, Bts, Got7, Stray kids, EXO, TXT, NCT, Blackpink, Twice, and a couple of other people who are not part of groups."

"ok. And no I cannot expand on the story more because we need to get ready."

~Jun P.O.V~

-Flashback September 1714-

What was supposed to be the happiest day of Kanglyn and I's life was, in reality, her last. I can still remember her smile when she was walking down the aisle. We were meant to say I do but then they came. My mother and father were not ok with me marrying a human. So they came just as she was at the altar and started a pure blood bath. Through the chaos of fire, blood and screams, I lost sight of Kanglyn. I could hear her screaming for me and I could hear the fear in her voice increase with every shout but I still couldn't find her. I came face to face with my father and knew I had a fight on my hands. And that's just what happened. In the end, I killed my father myself but not before he told me my mother would kill Kanglyn because she was human. I was scared. I knew that my mother was powerful. And I knew I had to keep Kanglyn safe. That's when I saw her. Her once beautiful elegant white gown torn, burnt and stained with blood. She looked scared of me. I went towards her and she didn't move. I put her in a trance using my powers and made sure she didn't move. I knew I would regret this later but I had no other option at the time. So I did what I thought would save her. I bit her and turned her.

-End of flashback-

I was woken up from my nightmare by The8 yelling at me to wake up. We got off the bus and I immediately went up to my room to change my clothes. The8 came in not long after to do the same since we share a room. He kept looking at me from time to time so I knew he was going to ask.

"Was it the same nightmare Jun-ge?"

"Yes, it was."

"You haven't had that dream in a long time. do you know what might have triggered it."

" That Kaylie girl from Cross-Bow looks exactly like my Kanglyn."

"Really?"

"Yes, so much so it's scary."

"Well then maybe you should talk to her tonight at the party. Her whole group is coming. Find out more about her and ask about her ancestry ort something."

"Well, Ming she might just be my Kanglyn herself."

"What?"

"The day I told you she died, well she didn't die exactly. I turned her because I thought I was saving her."

"Damn ge that's rough."

"Yeah, the worst part is my mother managed to separate us and I wasn't able to find her again."

"Well if she is her then explain yourself. If what you told me is true she's your soulmate ge so she will forgive you and still love you."

I smiled at that "Thanks Ming that really does mean a lot."
