The 4th holy Grail war ended in flames,cursed flames that destroyed everything.This all stemmed from the holy Grail that was corrupted during the 3rd war.Even if the Grail was curropted it still attempted to recreate the third true magic heavens feel,this did not work.What it did do was sent to Orleans singularity were he was taken by Jeanne d'arc.Trained by Gill de rais and Jeanne,Shirou became one of the most feared entitys in France Later on he would be shown the error of his ways by Gudao and would join Chaldea.

Dragon Rider-Rank A++,the ability to tame and Summon dragons of all kinds,since Shirou doesn't posses any dragon attributes this wasn't a natural skill and was manifested as a Noble Phantasm for being the son of the dragon witch.
Prelati's spellbook-Rank A+,the spell book of gill de rais that can Summon horrors.Though he was trained by gill in the ways of magecraft and knows how to use the book he absolutely hates it.
Jeannes legacy-Rank A+,even though Shirou wasn't considered Jeanne's son Shirou was still the closest thing.Allowing him full access to the Noble Phantasms she had in life.
