An alternative universe where Mundus was revived after Dante tool in Shirou and the world was purged into another great war,during which a three way battle between the devil may cry team,Vergil and Mundus with his army was fought in which Shirou was curropted and used Rebellion to absorb Dante,Trisha and Nero before doing the same with Mundus and Vergil becoming the most powerful devil.

Sin Trigger-Rank EX,A more powerful version of devil trigger that combines the power of all styles from Quicksilver to Dark Slayer as well as control all blades.
Ultimate Devil- Rank EX,this allows Shirou to use all weapons and skills used by Dante,Vergil,Nero,Trish,Mundus,and V as Noble Phantasms (Rebellion-Rank B Yamato-Rank A+,etc.)
Overcharge-Rank D~A++,the ability to overcharge anything with devil energy to change it or power it up,he mostly uses this to stop time completely with overcharged quicksilver
Devil summoning-Rank E~EX,the power to summon demons and devils,he can even summon people like Dante and Mundus but he will lose their abilities until they are dissmised or killed,all these Summons will obey him no matter what even if their connection is broken or they are connected to something or someone else.
