Opening the door, I called for help from the nurses.

"NURSE NURSE PLEASE HELP. KYLIE'S HEART MONITOR STOPPED. PLEASE DO SOMETHING." I yelled as she told me to calm down and they would do something about it.

It was the first time my heart had ever raced so fast. We all ran out of the room and peeked through the window in the door to see what they were doing. Da-Eun approached us and told us to sit down and take a rest.

My head rested on Da-Eun's shoulder as I tried to close my eyes and escape reality.

"Hey hey hey. Don't cry. It'll be okay. I know it's hard, but even if she doesn't make it, you'll at least be happy that you got to see her." Da-Eun removed my head from her shoulder and turned to face me.

"I know, but I don't want that moment to be our last moment together. Not only will I have that nightmare everywhere I go, but I'll never forgive myself." Covering my face with my hands, I sighed.

"Hey I know, but I'll be here if you ever need anything. I'll be here to support you along with your parents and Mr and Mrs. Choi." Seeing my hands covering my face, she smiled a bit.

As I joined her, she stood up and hugged me.

"We'll make sure nothing bad happens to her. But if something does happen to her, we'll never forget her. For now, all we can do is wait for her to become conscious again."

"Thanks." While wiping away my tears, I smiled and hugged her even tighter.

I never knew I needed someone as supportive and loving as Da-Eun. The only person I had right now was her. My parents live in Ulsan, 3 hours away from here.

An employee of the hospital came out of the room, taking off his hat and looking at the ground. Together with Da-Eun, Kylie's parents and I ran to the nurse to inquire about Kylie's health. The nurse said that she was fine, she was just in shock for a while.

The nurse stopped us as we attempted to enter Kylie's room, telling us only her parents were allowed inside.

Kylie's mom hugged me and promised to keep me updated on everything.

I was happy to hear that Kylie was doing well, and I sincerely hoped she would wake up soon so I could visit her. For now, she's in a coma, and nothing is known about how long she will remain unconscious. The only thing I really hope is that she won't be mad at me and she'll be pleased to see me again.

Da-Eun and I waved goodbye to Kylie's parents and walked down to the car.

My phone showed the time to be 9:30. We were only there for a short time, but I had errands to run and some new things to buy for my apartment so we had to leave.

Rather than moving in with her mother after leaving the hospital, Kylie should just move in with me, since she may not fully recover, she could use a little help around the house, and I am worried that she might go to the bar and get drunk again, with the same results. I didn't want her to go to the bar again, especially since her condition isn't well and won't be for some time.

It was Kylie's parents' last week in Seoul before going back to Busan. We will see how Kylie's condition is, but I wanted her to at least see her parents and say goodnight. I could take Kylie to Busan, which is only 4 hours away from Seoul, but I knew that her condition would not be good for at least the next 4 months. Although I wish Kylie's parents would visit her next month, I highly doubt that will happen since they're always working, and their schedules are extremely tight, which is why they came to visit this month. During this month's free time, they wanted to visit Kylie, but I never expected them to see her in the hospital with her head bandaged up and all of the tubes and IVs connected. I think Kylie's parents would also be happy if she moved in with me since they would have company.
