Davia sits on the couch as she looks at Dennis

DAVIA
Are you sure you want to do this now? I'm really glad you're doing this but, now?

DENNIS
Yes, tomorrows Easter and I dont want to deal with this then

DAVIA

DENNIS
(Smiles)

Isabella walks out of her room with her guitar and steps up to the lounge

ISABELLA
Hey teacher, you ready...

DENNIS
We need to talk first

Isabella sits down in front of him

Davia gets up

ISABELLA
You're leaving? No babysitting?

DAVIA
Nope..

Dennis watches her go to her room

Isabella smiles lightly

ISABELLA
What's happening?

DENNIS
You cant keep doing this, im..I'm very sorry, but I dont have the same feelings for you as you do me

Isabella sighs as she leans back against the couch

DENNIS
I'm with Davia, I love her. And I cant have you constantly flirting with me, nothing's going to happen between us, we can be friends, we can do these lessons but nothing more

Isabella leans forward as she smiles

ISABELLA
You really think you'll be with her forever

DENNIS

You're relentless. Isabella I'm trying to be nice, I'm trying to be polite but seriously I dont have feeling for you, I love Davia, I'm with her, and I hope to be with her for a really long time. No I cant promise that I'll be with her forever but I hope i will be

ISABELLA
So..no chance?

DENNIS
I'm sorry, no. So please stop the touching and snide comments to Davia, because it's making me uncomfortable

ISABELLA
(Sighs)
Fine..I'm sorry..I'll stop flirting

DENNIS
Thank you.

ISABELLA
So does this mean our lessons have to stop?

DENNIS
If you really want to learn then no they dont have to stop, but if your using this as a way to me then yeah

ISABELLA
To be honest I did just ask for lessons to get close to you.. but I do like playing now, so I want to contuine...as friends

DENNIS
Then that's what we'll do

Dennis pulls his gutiar over to him

INT. COTERIE - DAVIAS ROOM - After Gutiar lessons

Davia looks up at Dennis as he comes through her room

DENNIS

DAVIA
That was a quick lesson

DENNIS
Yeah I'm really tired, didnt feel like playing

DAVIA
How'd it go?  Telling her to back off

Davia moves her papers on to her desk

Dennis sighs as he crawls up the bed and sits in front of her

DENNIS
She listened, and apologized and said she'll stop

DAVIA
Think it will last ?

DENNIS
We can hope. But for now, I just want you to be okay and not think bad or second guess yourself again okay
