~earlier that day~

Yoon Bum

I went down the basement to check up on Y/n only to find her asleep and squirming around.

"She's having a nightmare," I thought making my way towards her. Without thinking, I went and untied the rope binding her wrists making her calm down. I stared at her peaceful looking face for a while until I leaned in. I softly kissed her forehead.

"I love you," I mumbled as I lied down beside her. I stared at the ceiling for a while until I felt darkness consume me.

I woke up to shuffling only to find Y/n quietly tip toeing towards the stairs.

"Don't go!" I thought, frantically looking around the basement for anything to stop her with.

I saw a crowbar and quickly grabbed it. I quietly ran towards Y/n who was at the third step. I swung the crowbar hitting her right in the ankles, breaking them, making her fall down and pass out due to her head hitting the floor.

I stared at her unconscious body, feeling a sense of déjà vu. I sighed and carried her body upstairs. I laid her down on the couch. I contemplated on whether or not to tie her up just in case she escapes but decided not to since her ankles are already broken.

"She wouldn't be able to escape anyways," I heard Sangwoo say.

With one last look, I stood up and left to go buy some groceries.
