I felt Bum's grasp loosen. I took this as a chance and kicked Bum away from me.

"HELP! SAVE ME!!" I shouted.

"HELP!! I'M HERE AT TH—" I was cut off by Bum covering my mouth to muffle out my voice.

I let out a muffled scream.

"Shut up," Bum said darkly. I glared at him and bit his arm, causing him to remove from my mouth and hold his hand in pain.

I quickly stood up but fell again as I felt a sharp pain in my ankles.

"Crap, I forgot about my ankles," I thought as I felt myself fall to the ground.

I quickly crawled towards the stairs only to feel myself being pulled back by my hair. I winced as Bum pulled at my hair

SLAM

I heard the door being opened forcefully.

"HELP!! SAVE ME!! PLEASE..." I pleaded to the person above.

I heard footsteps going towards the entrance to the basement.

I felt hope well up inside me as I saw a pair of feet going down the stairs.

It took a while before I finally saw my one and only saviour.

"S-Seungbae..."
