CUT TO:
INT. COLONY - HALLWAY
Kazdan runs to the docking bay as Benjamin follows him. Kazdan turns his head and sees Ben is following him. He clicks a button on his gauntlet and FOUR ANDROID activites in the way and stops Ben.
Ben uses his Lightsaber to deflect the laser bolts. After destroying two of the Androids, he uses the force and clashes the remaining Androids.
He then, moves on his way again. He goes to an ultra-thin computer screen. He punches up AN ONSCREEN PICTURE of Kazdan Ourrik unhitching the lines securing their ship to the landing platform.
CUT TO:
EXT. ORD MANTELL - UPPER HANGER - DAY
Kazdan turns to see Benjamin charging out of the tower toward him. As he runs, Ben draws his lightsaber from his belt. It flashes on. Kazdan Ourrik draws his gun and fires at the charging JEDI. Ben deflects the blast and swings at Kazdan. He fire several Kamino Kyber Darts from his elbow launcher.
Benjamin deflects them back at Kazdan, but they strike harmlessly against the bounty hunter’s armour. Benjamin makes a sudden attack, swinging at Kazdan Ourrik, who deflects the blows. One slices off a piece of the bounty hunter’s shoulder plate.
Kazdan Ourrik fires down at Benjamin. The Jedi deflects the shots back, but Kazdan evades them. Then he swoops down, swinging around Benjamin. As he shoots past, he kicks the lightsaber out of the Jedi’s hand.
The lightsaber skids across the wet surface of the landing platform. Benjamin dives after it. Kazdan zooms in front of him and grabs the lightsaber. Benjamin punches it out of his hand.
Suddenly, in a unexcpected move, Kazdan grabs Benjamin's shoulder and holds it, starting to choke him. Ben couldn't free himself and couldn't find his Lightsaber. But
*SPLAM*
A laser bolt hits Kazdan's shoulder. They both turns to see a sniper man on top of the tower. It's LIAM EKKO. Then, Ben uses the moment and Force pushes Kazdan to his ship and use the force to pull Lightsaber back to his hand. He ignites it and put the blade on his neck.
BENJAMIN
It's over, Ourrik. In the name of Galactic Republic and Jedi Order, you are under arrest.
KAZDAN
Finally, after all these years, you got me.
(Coughs)
Where were you all these years... why didn't you come for me sooner to get your revenge?
BENJAMIN
Revenge is not the Jedi way.
Kazdan laughs.
KAZDAN
Of course... You're right... but... let's be honest to each other... you always wanted this... you always dreamed about this moment...
BENJAMIN
You are wrong. I worked on my attachments on these years.
KAZDAN
Don't lie to yourself... I... I know you thought about this... about taking my life... to avenge your parents...
Benjamin looks at his blade.
BENJAMIN
I prove to you that you are wrong.
He turns off his Lightsaber and puts it on his belt.
BENJAMIN
Kazdan Ourrik, I arrest you for your crimes against the Galactic Republic. You may talk on the Senate.
KAZDAN
No, Let me prove to you about the Lies of the Jedi. Let me prove to you that you are wrong. Let me open your eyes. You won't take me alive.
Kazdan clicks a button on his gauntlet. Ben tries to find out what is happening.
KAZDAN
Until we meet again...
*EXPLODES*
Ben throws to the wall. He raise on his feet again and finds the burning corpse of Kazdan Ourrik.
BENJAMIN
No.
Liam runs to the platform.
LIAM
What happened.
Ben doesn't respond. He stares at the corpse.
LIAM
Come on, this place is not safe. We must go. Now!
Ben doesn't move. Liam grabs his shoulder and pulls him into the colony. A PROBE DROID records the events.
CUT TO:
INT. BONADAN - GENOHARADAN BASE - OFFICE - NIGHT
Dolvine watches the event by the Probe droid. After it finishes, he calls Darth Sidious.
NOONTA
My Lord. Your plan has succeded. Everything went as you have excpected and planned.
DARTH SIDIOUS
Good. Good.
