"Mr.Stark what do you mean they are coming back they hurt you badly he left you to die" peter said with some slight pain in his voice remembering the picture of his dad almost dead in siberia vividly.

"hey kid chill okay you are gonna get along with them just fine now chop chop time for school."

"yeah yeah whatever you say bye dad love you."

"love you too kiddo" tony said as he walked away after ruffling the kids hair.

"hey dad, i'm homeee" peter said with some cheer forgetting who was going to be there. until coming face to face with the golden boy himself steve rogers.

"who are you kid? who are you calling dad? and last this is not your home."

"one don't call me kid my name is peter star.." Peter was trying to answer all his questions before he was interrupted.

"oh are you one of starks love child"steve said earning claps from thing 2 and thing 3.

"no actually i'm peter stark my dad of course tony and this is my home and you are currently living in my house so you do not have the right to disrespect my dad or me like that so now do me a favor mr.rogers move out of my way and get your head out of your ass in stay in your place."

"seems like you got the attitude from stark and even then what would a little puny kid like you do to me."

that's when peter had enough he slowly turned around and webbed up wanda, bucky, and sam to the wall, punched steve towards the wall, grabbed him and webbed him up to the ceiling talking one final punch breaking his perfect nose.

he saw wanda try to use her magic but he webbed her hands to the wall as well and then he saw her eyes water a little bit and felt bad knowing what happened to her in the raft so he let her go.

"i said don't disrespect me or my dad" as he was about to walk out the door his dad walks in. tony looks around seeing them webbed up to the wall he looked shocked but had a slight smug smirk or the signature tony stank;) smirk.

"Pete what happened here" tony said some what still in shock. peter instead of explaining what had happened in the past 10 minutes asked Friday.

"friday pull up the video feed of the past 10 minutes"

Friday then plays the last 10 minutes as tony stands there shocked and astonished on what had happened he looks at steve and back to the video once the video ends steve starts talking.

"so you recruited a 12 year old to fight your war."

"omg he caught my metal arm."

"zip it rogers this kid is my kid okay i saved him a life of danger by getting him a better suit okay so there's no more discussion on this you need to learn your manners seeing as you have none." You could here the anger in tony's voice

"maybe you should teach your kid some manners and learn how to stop drinking your sad life away." steve said it so lightly someone could barely hear it unless you had super hearing.

peter upon hearing it turned around and pulled him off the ceiling and started punching him repeatedly until tony pulled peter away from steve and walked away.

*For your information Captian Rogers, Mr.Stark no longer drinks his supposed sad life away and Mini Stark does have manners a lot more then you do apparently so now under no ones orders please see yourself out and maybe you should learn some manners.*

"well you heard Friday, steve it's time to go, sam and I are tired of this"

"no, they have no right to talk to me that way and neither does that stupid ceiling talker."

*Mr.Rogers I'm a AL and I do have the right to speak to you however I want and so do they, Mr.Stark owns this house and was letting you start but you can not control yourself so therefore excuse yourself back to the hole you crawled out of.*

*Mr.Wilson and the other rogue Avengers can stay and that will be all.*

"well you heard her time to go." a very loud voice came from somewhere and tony walks out from there with peter by his side.

"hopefully your next visit here you have manners mr.rogers."

as tony and peter were walking out, peter felt his spidey sense he turned around and caught the shield that was thrown to him.

"seems like you missed brooklyn, as captain america I would expect you to have better aim."

// did you catch on to that no? no okay just me alright;)

"alright queens, you're good we could use you on the te.."

"that would be enough cap he's not joining i gotta keep him safe he's my responsibility"

"but dad I want to even mr.rogers said they could use me on the team."

"kid no you know this we talked about this i made a promise to myself you can join when you're ready and i choose when that is."

"well you heard the boss sorry peter it was nice meeting you I hope next we see each other we're on good terms."

"it's fine mr.rogers I forgive you i'm still slightly upset with what happened in siberia but I can get over it."

"hey queens, you got heart got some special people around you keep them safe thank you for keeping tony alive while i was gone you changed him for the better i'm sure he doesn't drink anymore and i'm sorry for the things i said."

"are you guys serious right now, you were just fighting each other" Tony said with surprise lacing his voice

"yes, stark we're serious but since I'm required to leave the tower i will be on my way."
