I parked this old car in the driveway and saw Meek's car in the driveway he better not be doing anything to my woman I got out of the car I walked towards the door
"I feel like the police ain't doing shit, they are dragging their feet my man is out there only God knows what's going on" she said
"Well you have me" I heard Meek say
Nicki laughed
I opened the door and walked in
Nicki came rushing to the door with this stupid nigga behind her
"Chris?" She asked
I ran to her and hugged her tightly
"Baby what happened? Are you okay?" She asked holding me making sure I'm okay
"I'm fine, it's a long story I just need a hot bath and some food" I said
"Okay I'll prepare something for you real quick" she said
She ran into the kitchen
I looked at Meek and he looked at me he was very nervous
"It's good to have you back home safe" he said
"Yeah it's good to be home" I said
"We was praying for your safe return" he said
"Oh really?" I asked
"Yeah you're part of the family" he said
I gave him a deadly look
"This is not over" I whispered to him
He cleared his throat
"Nicki imma head out, I'll see y'all some other time" he said

He quickly walked out the door I went to the kitchen and sat down she gave me my plate it had a hot dog and fries on the side
"Thank you baby" I said smiling
She also gave me a glass of Coke
"Enjoy" she said
She sat there and starred at me as I ate
"Stop starring at me like that, you gon' make me choke on my food" I said
"I'm sorry I was really worried about you and I'm really happy to see you" she said
"You ain't gotta worry about me I'm grown and handsome" I said
"You're not really grown you're my baby" she squeezed my cheeks
"Let go of me mad woman" I said
She laughed and kissed me
"You want me to run you a bath?" She asked
"Yeah"
"Imma make a lotta bubbles and put rubber duckies" she said
"Girl I'm 32 not 2" I said
"It's the same thing to me" she said
I sighed
"Fine you can put in rubber duckies" I said
"You're gonna love it" she said
She kissed me then went upstairs
Ashley came into the kitchen humming she froze when she saw me
I also froze like her
